With referral V.a. Ehlers Danlos in consultation hour rheumatology. Mrs. Dr. Adler refused to examine me/diagnose/exclude me. Sent me away rudely. 5 minutes later I twisted my ankle on the KSA site. 2 doctors helped and took me to an emergency. Result: Broken outer malleolus. For me, this is the failure to provide assistance from this alleged chief physician, Mrs. Adler. Because that's exactly why I had an appointment that this doesn't happen to me!!!!

I am with EBV in the early stages emergency to KSA with heavily swollen eyes.
Nothing was checked except if the ocular function is good (do not measure fever, do not look at tonsils, feel lymph nodes or anything like that). Some eye examinations were performed while blaspheming with a colleague on the phone. Doctor in the pink miniskirt then could not tell me what is the matter and me prescribed moisturizing eye drops. The bill from the KSA was all the more impressive!

Very good hospital, good food. And the care as well as the doctors are very competent. I am well looked after and always very friendly. The staff also has time for a little conversation and is not just around the scenes. Non smoking hospital. Cigarettes are NOT available at the kiosk! Take it yourself. Nice bright room. Here in the house 1 the 2er rooms are a bit small. But we soon rebuilt. Do not take too much luggage! Also as an employer (I worked here) it is very pleasant. Good salary, good working hours for a hospital with the usual supplements. Also about upcoming operations or other interventions will be well informed. One can also have a say and eg. with the anesthetic still desires. Visiting hours until 20.00. I came over the emergency from the family doctor registered in hospital and did not have to wait. In an emergency, and otherwise, I have experienced only qualified doctors and nursing professionals. One has noticed that it is a well-rehearsed team. I had to be really amazed how all the wheels intermesh and the treatment was really professional. The surgery was without incident and when I was feeling sick and I could barely breathe help was there in the middle of the night a woman from the nursing and a doctor and stood by me. I will never forget that. They saved my life! I have been operated several times on other lungs and am very satisfied with the result. If need be, gladly KSA Aarau again! Wi-Fi available and free. Only in the park there are gaps. Beautiful park to linger and walk. You make an effort, you realize it.

We were sent by the pediatrician to the emergency ...

We were sent by the pediatrician to the emergency room Aarau. My nearly 1 1/2 year old daughter could not walk anymore because her leg hurt so much, I had to cry in the hospital myself because she was so sorry for me and I felt so helpless. I was in a room that has the size of a storage room provided with my child 5h after 1h wait she got before the blood loss stun patches on the hand surface and Elle then stuck 3 1 / 2h there first and I should see that she does not turn off I then lost it after 4 hours !!! after losing weight bang red, slightly swollen this lasted for 24 hours.
Conclusion my daughter has nothing I should give her the painkillers I have to TOLLL! for the super power I would have to drive for 1 1/2 hours and can save 30.- travel costs!
There was a doctor who was super nice the rest should work best in the office where they have NO human contact, the other only in the call center where they can omit their funny mood on the phone at work instead of in the nurses room with their work colleagues! I'm mad at you!

I underwent emergency surgery on December 31, 2017. I was operated on 2-3 hours after delivery (I went there myself) and woke up in the old year. I have to say the staff is absolutely nice and courteous. Super care (general department). I was really informed about what is going to happen before the operation and also afterwards, absolutely super care. Can only recommend this hospital! Eating is good too. Hospital is a bit old, but WiFi is perfect and free. Hospital will be demolished in a few years. New construction is already planned. But is still very clean. What more do you want?

Today (23.07.2019) I was with my girlfriend in the KSA.
One should think that a hospital of this size sufficient competent staff leads to respond to concerns in an emergency.

First (unfortunately serious question of the receptionist was "and why you come to us in an emergency"?)
Do you feel so well cared for?

We were led by several telephone calls as well as opinions of different doctors on this emergency station.

It is unfortunately a lot of accumulations that indicate a tumor or a serious illness.
And then the whole thing is only with an ECG ad akta laid?
It's not even a neurologist pulled aside ...

I would describe this way of working with the following words:
- Disorganized
- Rude
- incompetent
- Ignorant

Unfortunately, neither our concerns nor professional help was offered.

I am visibly and significantly extremely disappointed and will still write a complaint that has washed itself.

KSA Aarau Haus 1, patient was here and very satisfied with the performance, caregivers friendly, helpful and competent. AucS the doctors did a good job. The kitchen was as always absolutely great, fine balanced food.
As far as the fellow patients are concerned, I can only shake my head. LOVE MEETING, WHERE WAS ABILITY AND RECOGNITION? NO TAKES ADVANTAGE TO THE OTHERS, CAN NOT SLEEP THIS SOON THE OTHERS SHOULD NOT. WHAT WAS BLOS FROM THIS WORLD ???

One of the worst KH in Switzerland. Arrived at 22.00 in the evening in an emergency with heartache and extreme head and back pain (intracranial pressure). Reception was very fast, on the emergency bed I was also fast - but I was treated only at 8.00 clock early. Despite 135 pulse no doctor came over 10h, instead I was pumped full of morphine, which I was very bad.

On the station there are super great nurses, but you can throw the doctors in the bin. Extremely arrogant, super rude and things are assumed, which are under all sow. Failed assistance! Although a transfer to the Inselspital Bern was planned, this was refused by the doctor for no reason. I then self-dismissed and forwarded myself.

The doctors at the ultrasound are totally covered. Ice cold, arrogant and do not take time for the patients. Constantly being looked at the clock, how much time you have until the next appointment is there. Huge impudence!

We were in a child emergency and it was the purest disaster. Perpetual wait, misdiagnosis, rude, incompetent, no good organization, it was lied, not x-rayed properly and many more inconveniences happened.

Can not recommend the KSA, because I have also heard from the circle of friends already too much bad.

Catastrophic woman on the phone who is in such a bad mood and is annoyed by a whining baby and can not even be polite if she connects you. Without a word or I connect them to, the phone is simply switched over. Absolutely unacceptable and so three! Very sad! Maybe the lady should look for a new job in another industry.

Our son was born in the KSA. Here we would like to express our satisfaction with Gebersaal Department and UNCONTACITY with Puerperal Department.
The performance shown by women in the Hall of the Givers is outstanding. Very competent and nice, even if not everything runs smoothly. Very competent and qualified. We can confirm that from our own experience. On a scale of 1 - 5 they earn 10 stars. All the while they kept us up to date. Even young midwives show beautiful inner attitude.
Unfortunately, the postpartum department is NOT at the same level. We have a bit more to expect, especially from breast feeding. They leave an impression that they do not care, because in 2-3 days a mother and her child are gone anyway. Do not people there understand how important first days are? We are very disappointed.
Unfortunately, because of the performance of the women in the Hall, I can not give them less than five stars.
The Gebersaal department we thank you!

A very special person!

A very special person!
Sometimes it is very difficult for us Swiss people to show emotions or feelings, let alone write them down!
In my case, I had to be 70 years old to sit down and give my very first Google rating.
A few weeks ago, in the middle of the Corona period, I had to go to hospital in an emergency, just a few days before my 70th birthday. All this hope and fear did not help and I had to spend this special day in the KSA (station 711). I had a stomachache because I realized relatively quickly that none of my loved ones at home were allowed to visit me during Corona times.

What I experienced that morning, but then when I woke up, was one of the most beautiful moments in my life.
A nurse (Mr. F. Schreiber) with a very likeable dialect entered my room and made me forget all my worries. He sang without shame, with bright eyes and certainly with a big smile on his face (was unfortunately hidden by the protective mask) from the bottom of his heart .... the song Happy Birthday.
I got tears in my eyes immediately because it was a gesture I never expected in life. My day was saved and I still think back to this special moment and this person every day.

Such people have my greatest respect, superiors MUST be proud of such employees and society and politics must finally recognize what these people are doing in hospitals!

I very much hope that Mr. Schreiber will read these lines at some point, the next coffee with a large piece of cake will be on me, but then in a different atmosphere.

Thank you for everything

I had to go to the emergency yesterday
First I had called and described my problems the duty doctor with the result I should come over.
When I was there all the reception as well as the staff in the lab etc were very nice and empathetic.
After a bit of waiting I came to it and was examined immediately and it was a medical history.
Unfortunately, I had to be hospitalized but this was absolutely necessary. Doctors and staff in the emergency as well as on the station extremely friendly and competent !!!
Big compliment to all I feel very well looked after !!!!
Thank you

In what world do we live when jokes are made about dying? If the doctors heal damage, and those who should harm. I am sad that we are not able to care for at least the needy. Why do we pay health insurance again? AHV? Insurances that do not secure, but ruin. 1 * for that and everything I have read below. The power of the internet stretches everyone down. Either they change their behavior as soon as possible, or people go somewhere else, they know where someone takes care of them. Wonderful day.

WAIT WAIT AND WAIT AGAIN And then get a misdiagnosis from you as before 2 times where I had to undergo surgery and you said it was nothing .... Like immmer.
Become a doctor to save lives and not just to earn money.

A good doctor is a doctor who is trying to help someone. And not one who does not even do a detailed examination.

I was there on Saturday at about 5 o'clock in the morning. Reception was ok, after that I was there for 7 hours, I had to answer the same questions about 10 times because nobody knew what the other one had done. I was taken blood and X-rayed, but I was not informed about the result. And the second doctor did not know that I was being x-rayed. The doctor has measured me blood pressure, when the nurse came in, she snapped at me, so I put the cuff of the device back on. After waiting for 7 hours, my friend was getting angry and suddenly three doctors had time and stood there and I was allowed to start all over again with explanation. Since I gave up because I was just too exhausted and said that I want to go. I did not feel better, but according to the doctor, there were much worse emergencies ... I understand that, but if everything is so disorganized and you get no information, you do more work than necessary. I have never been in a hospital and would not go to emergency if I'm not feeling really bad.

Finally, I still do not know anything and I have no information on the findings, a pure disaster of this emergency ... and something you have to pay ...

To children's emergencies

To children's emergencies
I am hateful, shocked, disappointed. It can't be that one has to wait for the doctor for hours. When asked: it depends on urgency and she doesn't know when the doctor will come, but a small child who is 8 months old cannot wait several hours for the doctor in a small room and then it comes to the middle was in the night. Very sad

Went three hours with the baby in the emergency room !! In vomiting and fatigue without fever, the doctor had suspected cystitis !!!! Refusal of further examinations like taking blood etc. The doctor even had to be reminded to look her in the ears. We are very dissatisfied. Our baby could not be helped. We are on our way home and hope it is nothing serious what the doctors have overlooked with their horse flap.

It just needs more, from these great people!

It just needs more, from these great people!
Yesterday morning (Saturday 19.1.19) I was forced to take the help of the child emergency, because my niece was injured! It was clear to us that you had to expect long waiting times on the weekend and that the emergency is definitely very full! This was really the case! In addition to that came the small strong fear of doctors, hospitals, etc.!
We were received very friendly, classified and brought into a room! After 5 minutes a nurse came into the room, with a smile in his eyes, a big smile on his face and 100% friendliness!
He introduced himself as Flo to our little one and told her that he would be responsible for her in the next few hours. He crouched down and talked to her at eye level, took her in, asked what she felt and took her in a short time later he introduced himself professionally to all the anxiety that had developed on his way to the hospital. Doing so just deserves the highest praise and we are grateful that there are such people, such as this Flo and the whole team, on this children's emergency.
Despite long waiting times, the time was very entertaining, because the caretaker always inquired after us, and brought us up to date.
This keeper will have a place in the hearts of our little ones for a long time!
Thank you for everything

I contacted the hospital in the evening about my 2 year old daughter. I didn't know if I was in an emergency and wanted to inquire by phone for now. Lady on the phone referred me to my NEIGHBOR to make a phone call because I could not call 0900 from my cell phone and ended the call without any ifs. Not a good visiting card for this hospital. This is not a deal, especially not with a worried mother!
Thank you for the nice conversation Ms. WALDMEIER!

was "a guest" in aarau because of a concussion. I have no memories of the trip to the hospital and the first 15 hours of my stay.
After I was clear again, nobody in the KK felt responsible for telling me what happened, which examinations were carried out and how I was treated. luckily my partner was there all the time, was able to keep an eye on me and enlighten me when I woke up.

my partner told the employees at least 5 times that I didn't want meat, they wrote it down and still couldn't get me a meatless dish for lunch. in the end i got dry bread with confiture. I could still live with that. however, the hygienic conditions put a lot more strain on me. in the room with bathroom there was a pungent smell of urine, which after "cleaning" (toilet with sink under 1 minute. The CANNOT become clean, especially if the toilet seat is not lifted). on request you got pampy, then opened the window and gave me a basin in case I would break instead of cleaning the toilet properly!

my bed neighbor was allowed to leave the room earlier. after 2 minutes, their area was "cleaned" with new bedding and the floor was wiped through. questionable how this can be done hygienically!

I was released without an exit consultation with 2 sides for my family doctor. that's it. no instructions regarding driving, watching TV, sports etc.

I am anything but satisfied and will avoid this KK in the future!

Ps. Some nurses are just stupid, put a thick blanket on the freshly operated foot. And those who say they should take the blanket ask why. Operations should first be clarified by 3rd specialists. Next time, only a private clinic will be considered! Nowadays it has become difficult where the financial aspect is in the foreground and not the well-being of people (but for potential regular customers, yes).
Service also leaves something to be desired! Patients are e.g. drove (!) through the underground garage in the hospital bed for an eye examination on the area, parked and left on your own. Outrageous!

I have been to Spital Aarau twice. The last time recently for an emergency OP. The emergency room and the surgery worked great. Many nice people. Just from the doctors you do not get much with. The visit after the surgery was a whopping 6 hours late. Also great: the menu they have changed me at short notice on vegetarian. Food was good. The earlier visit to the hospital was a little more frustrating because the rag punch function did not work out. Nevertheless, a great hospital

Had been to the KSA for the third time today and was horrified for the third time at the unfriendliness of the doctors and other employees such as during patient admission.
Today's ear, nose and throat specialist has probably forgotten that a person is sitting opposite him and not a number. Zero medical education about the situation, zero empathy.
During the latter stay with my then 2-month-old baby, there were also terrible experiences from extremely cheeky employees in an emergency, about very questionable bed and room situations afterwards during inpatient stay, which reminded more of a field hospital than a hospital in Switzerland.
Then the first experience at the caesarean section when the anesthetist tried an incredible 8 times to put the syringe in the back correctly and was not replaced by a colleague, although she simply could not. Or the assistant doctor, who pressed on my freshly operated stomach with full force without feeling for the matter and then laughed at me cheekily and made fun of me because I was startled with pain.
2 stars and not 1 star because there were also nice employees who work there and apologize for their colleagues.
For me, KSA never again.

True there in an emergency. Because Schlieren always kicked me out 4 times and I just couldn't do it anymore. Waiting time is longer, but what I see as normal, and can understand. Unfortunately, doctor no longer knows the name. Really super nice. He wanted to move me upstairs to a room. And the next day I was to see an ENT. The receptionist discussed with him that this would not work. Because that is not my home canton. I have to pay everything myself. Doctor very nice. Excuse me. Although He can't help it. My nerves are broken. Home hospital doesn't matter! And here I was taken seriously for the first time and had to go. What I cannot understand has now got an official Thermin for August from Aarau. I don't understand anything anymore. The stars go to the doctor. I have experienced so much with doctors. But he was super nice.

This morning I was in house 1, 1st floor hand and arm surgery, the reception of Mrs. Flury was pleasant and very friendly. My assigned doctor med A.Weber should do an ultrasound of my wrist was probably totally tired and annoyed when he wanted to know the period of how long I have "it", I replied at 2 months, but he wanted to know how long it hurt, as I did corrected to 4 weeks, he patted me I would have said 2 months, in the course of the investigation, he asked me another question, I have answered this, no reaction from his side, as I repeated the answer, I was rugged by him pointed out that he had heard me.
I have already clarified it with my health insurance, I will have my wrist examined by someone who is then hopefully rested and knows how to "deal" with an insecure patient human.

Find it interesting that many of the bad reviews regarding queues in case of emergency come from compatriots with the beautiful ... ic endings in the name or other Balkan ones. Exactly because of you, there are these waiting times.

You run into an emergency with a headache or a fever, because you do not understand the family doctor principle. And then you get upset when you have to wait. That's just ridiculous. And then complain too, incredibly brazen.

The emergency, as the name implies, is there for emergencies. So seriously injured people who need to be treated promptly. For legitimate injuries, there are no waiting times.

Sorry that has to be said now. These 1-star reviews in subterranean German really upset me.

This place is very difficult for me to rate, I have been there so many times in the last 15 years (work accident and about 8 ops)
I have everything from absolute horror to the super highlight and experience it from the low point of others to the super care.
I believe that most employees try very hard and do their best in a company where there is a clear shortage of employees. So what's going wrong has to do with politics and that makes me sad, because saving money where people are weak (sick) is reprehensible in my eyes and a shame. But this criticism does not go to the carers. Doctors, cleaning staff, etc. but to the management.
Was hospitalized again over New Year's Eve, came on 30.12. absolutely overcrowded, no emergency bed free, had 39.6 fever and a knee like a basketball. They tried so hard to set up a "slope" in the corridor with Paravan for a little privacy and also looked after me, thanks KSA emergency

Has not every doctor taken an oath to help people in need that does not seem to matter ?!
Was in August 2017 emergency operated on the disc, because even paralysis on the foot, which appeared because I was rejected 3 weeks earlier, because I'm on the black list. (But this is another story with the health insurance) Since then I have only problems with back and foot, which have now worsened at the moment, so that my GP referred me to a specialist in the KSA. Since I got an appointment in 3 months (20.04.2018). Arrived yesterday, I was glad to finally get clarity, because my situation worsened with radiations in the leg and even now even in the head. However, I was again turned down for the blacklist, unless it was an accident. So, right now I'm damned to get more paralysis because I do not get any medical help, or have to cause an accident to get it off, or what !?
That with the foot would not have had to happen if you had previously reacted!
..... 01.10.18, Supplement: .... got 3 dates for October, because of heart and diabetes investigation, but I should make advance payments 3x 500-700 Fri, which is not really possible because of debt enforcement.

What is that for hospital, only greedy bunglers who do not really want to help and only make one on important doctor. Departure ... never again, this is the very last hospital full of idiots !!!

On October 27, 2020, I was successfully operated on for the second time by the senior physician (spinal surgery).
Really the best and most competent doctor I have met so far.
From the beginning of the first consultation to the operations, he did everything right.
He was always very nice and well prepared.

I had already undergone a number of operations on my back in various clinics (Bedestha 1x, Hirslanden2x). But now this only turned out to be a huge disaster. (screws that are too long in the case of vertebral stiffening, broken screw when trying to remove it, unnecessary installation of the stimulator)

If I had known how good the doctor in charge here is, I would have been treated by him 10 years ago and thus probably would have saved myself 10 years of suffering.

For the discharge from the chief physician of neur...

For the discharge from the chief physician of neurosurgery, I can sign certain statements from the patient and internal people, because I have experienced it myself. At that time I called in the ombudsman and had action taken against it. There was one big thing in which both the board of directors were involved and the doctor, who had since been dismissed, was officially warned. He got conditions. Still, a certain unease remained. In the years that followed, that doctor was no longer motivated to meet me for treatment discussions. He probably felt it was an injury to his pride that I complained so much at the time. It's true, what is said about pride, vanity and only he and his work and clinic would have counted.

Back then I was literally thrown out of the treatment room. I experienced roughly the same thing that the patient reported in Tele M1 and was thrown out of the treatment room with the stipulation that I should never come back and first learn to respect a well-paid doctor.

When I was operated on for an emergency at that time, they did everything they could to somehow survive without having any consent. I had a subdural hematoma removed, an intracranial pressure tube inserted, and operated on about 8 times within 2.5 weeks while I was in a coma. My parents weren't there and, despite the fact that they were still in charge, they never gave these orders. I survived and today I have to live because I survived with very severe limitations instead of living as a doctor from a medical degree from a disability pension since I was 17 years old. If I hadn't survived, I would have been spared all of this. So ethically incorrect. Because before the brain injuries, I had a very good life with very promising career opportunities even as a doctor.

They knew that if I survived with brain injuries like this, I wouldn't have the life I had afterward. After the coma, the doctor said to me that I should just forget that I had ever had a life and had already lived, because everything would now be completely different and new. I would just be there but without any chances or prospects. The job market is only designed either for 100% normal people or for those in need in integration centers. For one thing, I no longer have the necessary prerequisites because my entire frontal lobe is dead. For the other, however, I am completely overqualified and bring far too much knowledge and ability with me. But it is simply no longer enough for 100% work or normal training. KSA knew that.

I always kept my mouth shut because they stood behind the doctor. I and my family have kept my mouth shut for years. Now is the time to finally break that silence. If you believe the doctor and his knowledge, I was his worst case in his entire career and the only person in the world with such hit injuries who survived it like this. Since I fundamentally do not question the doctor's knowledge and at least he is really competent there, that means that the KSA must know exactly who it is about.

I will definitely get in touch with Mr. Huber and Mr. Killer, because Huber was Co-CEO when that was with me. And if you read the interview and his statements with and from him, he has an opinion similar to mine. It is not ethically correct to simply save a human life so that one's own pride is not attacked in one's own clinic because of death. You always have to put into perspective the circumstances under which someone survives. Back then I was repeatedly on the way over the bridge. Instead of letting myself go and let me go, knowing about the consequences of survival for my life, they did everything to ensure that there was no way I would die. And all just out of pride.

To the emergency room: if you see a waiting time of more than 3 hours in an emergency with three people in the waiting room, I'm really shocked! I had to leave the station WITHOUT treatment, because, although I had specifically mentioned it, I have to go back to work at 5 am and 3 hours of sleep are really not enough for a Monuril - safe, NEVER go back there! Sau cheeky and no available doctors!

(Endocrynological department is absolutely to be recommended. My diagnosis was explained to me clearly and further procedures discussed.
I can't complain about waiting times because I always got there in time.)

Was on 15.04.2019 in the KSA on the shoulder and operated thereafter 5 days there spend. My experience was extremely positive, from entry to exit. The surgical preparation went smoothly and progressed quickly. The nursing staff where I was cared for was very, very friendly and helpful at all times. The two doctors who have operated me are very competent and honorable. Many thanks to Dr. med. Seelig and dr. Frank, you did a great job. Especially at the shoulder you always hear bad after surgery. I am very, very glad that I got in her 4 hands.
Wish the whole team Happy Easter and only the best for the future.
Yours sincerely
