There is an odor for the back rooms, and the cars are disturbed to the airport rooms by the sea, according to the testimonies of the other escorts.

Unavailability of ironing clothes and table.

Breakfast is not varied.

Although it is an old hotel, it is extremely clean and many places have been renovated, still being. The attention and smiling face of the employees is amazing. The sea-view rooms are wonderful, and it is a beautiful view to see the sultanahmet mosque at the back.

Clean open spacious and full of character met with a lovely sea view at night and day. Breakfast fresh and in open air there was a wedding one of the nights we were here and also a full disinfection of corridors i advise do not breath it in as we did, but happy to see covid-19 being taken so seriously job well done

The hotel is only serviced by its location and close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Topakapi Museum. I took a view of the sea, but their problem was the cleanliness for specific hours, and you had to ask for them and their wipes are not renewable, but their honey is natural Hahaha

Nice 2 storey boutique hotel, friendly staff. Nice view from the window. But in the rooms, tea cups are small and disposable paper. For 80 $ / day for 2 you could put cups. The bedside lamps on the bedside table do not work in room 225. In the non-smoking area, people still smoke and smoke goes into the corridor. We ordered 2 omelettes for breakfast, only 1 was brought.
The doctor was not allowed into the hotel to take a swab from the throat and nose for the PCR test, which is requested at home at the airport. They said go to the clinic. The doctor had to take the street to the hotel car park.
The staff speaks Turkish and English, Russian is not spoken. The girl at the front desk works well. The room was not cleaned for 2 days, although the cleaners passed by.
Each time you enter, you need to bring your hand to the thermometer and show the temperature.
There are grocery streets behind the hotel. Through them you can go to Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia Mosque, to Laleli wholesaler.
3 minutes walk from the hotel in front of him from a small pier 3 times a day sail on a tour of the Bosphorus for 2 hours for 10-20 euros, at 12.45, 16.00 and 18.15.

Very bad, as soon as I entered the hotel, a bad, pungent perfume smell made me sick. The rooms are very small, the toilets are very small, and the shower room is very small, which always causes you to hit the wall when taking a bath. The configuration of the room is very low-end.

The view from the hotel was very good for me in the few days I found myself there, it was colorful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable. It was my first vacation alone, I was in very good hands in the hotel. The cleanliness gets 5 stars from me. The food gets 5 stars from me. The staff gets 5 stars from me. I will definitely come back to you (:

Very friendly staff, very central if you want to be close to the sights, but if you prefer to be in the city center (shopping etc.) you definitely have to take a taxi for 15-20 minutes! Otherwise great!

Highly recommended! I'm a very frequent traveler, but the service I've seen here is just great. They do their job right here! The beds are comfortable. A beautiful sea view. Cleaning is done every day. And the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Hagia Sophia Museum. You have to ask the front desk to open the back door. Then in the small alleys only uphill, then you are directly at Hagia Sophia. There you can also take the tram. In front of the hotel, a few meters to the left, there is a bus stop that you can take. The only negative is that there is no wellness area in the hotel.

I stayed here with a friend as part of a business ...

I stayed here with a friend as part of a business trip and had a very poor experience. The safe in our room was mulfunctioning and we asked reception to come and fix it. We then proceeded to use it and when emptying it prior to check out we noted that the code had been changed and 100 were missing. When we complained to reception and asked to check the security camera in front of our room, they flat our refused citing privacy reasons for other guests. One hour later they told us that after all we could see the camera. Reception staff also accused us of stealing from each other and being mistaken. In short, we were very upset of how we were treated. We found staff really unhelpful and unprofessional. I would recommend to anyone staying there to be aware that staff potentially will come to your room and steal from you even if you put your belongings in the safe. Apart from that, the view is lovely but facilities are a bit old. If you're staying in a room with sea view there will be lots of noise despite closing the window. Food was good.

A hotel as an excellent location ... but there is no interest in the guest..and lack of attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.Although we contacted them and spoke to the reception without interest ... Likewise the diversity of the breakfast and its quantity If you go a little late do not find only limited types .... The important thing I do not recommend

I was most impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Very courteous and helpful. I was accompanied directly to the room. Rooms are small, but clean and nicely decorated. It is within walking distance of the sights, such as the Blue Mosque. When choosing this hotel it should be said that due to the proximity to the mosque you will be thrown out of bed very early. :-)

One of the oldest hotels in Istanbul is Kalyon Hotel. You will want to stay in this hotel again, which has a magnificent sea view and calm. You will find friendly service and plenty of variety in its restaurant and bar, and its price is suitable for its counterparts.
There is also a stylish hall independent of the hotel for your organizations such as weddings and engagements.

A hotel in a traffic hell like Istanbul, which does not create a parking lot. It is a plus for those who come from outside of Istanbul to reach the Eurasia tunnel.

Our second visit, in the first, preferred to sit at a distance from walking distance to historical places. we are satisfied, we came again. beachfront building options provide very nice accommodation at the seaside. Rooms facing the beach can be preferred.
a decent hotel which we can call a boutique in two-storey horizontal architecture compared to huge hotels
