Very very poor services and dishonest. I had booked 81201 3D Puzzle Voyager Space Probe on 12 Feb 2019. Please see order order# 617004. Paid due amount also.
They have failed to deliver the product even in 7 weeks as against promised 4 weeks.
It seems to be a fraud organisation as it has stopped updating/replying my mail inquaries also.
Moreover there is no customer care support for customers from other countries.
It has disappointed me !

They do not respond to emails. Their "contact" button on their homepage does nothing. I could not find a telephone number for them through the web nor through 411. I'm trying to cancel all of my subscriptions, but they will not respond!

I have never dealt with a company that doesn't satisfy their customer. I purchased a globe but it did not work as indicated and it took over 3 weeks to get an answer on whether or not I could return it. However, after returning something that was DEFECTIVE and TRYING to get my postage back for the return has been impossible. I was told that my request was given to 2 different supervisors and SOMEONE would call with an answer. It is now almost 3 months from the purchase and NOTHING!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional company that I would never advise anyone to use

It's a shame that Trains Magazine doesn't allow nonsubscribers to view their webcam any longer. I have been a Model Railroader subscriber since the early 1990's and have always been able to watch the webcam. Apparently just recently being a subscriber to other Kalmbach publications makes no difference anymore. Only "Trains" magazine subscribers are able to watch a webcam. How cheap can a company get? When it comes time to renew my subscription I won't be subscribing again if this is the way a company treats their customers. It's not costing Kalmbach a penny to let all of your customers watch that webcam.

Following the 2018 paper only Walter Simpson book on the insane waist that the diesel Electric locomotive industry constitutes they publish a coffee table book of the appropriate technology to supplement the power delivered to the electric motors by not wasting most of the energy obtained from diesel and instead using it to power a turbine. The heat that is wasted in a diesel turbine is higher grade than atmospheric temperatures so unlike air conditioning the radiator is not a losing proposition taking up many cars in typical Amtrak fashion without any benefit. Those cars should be filled with liquid nitrogen but the industry appears to have saved that innovation of using the heat appropriately to prevent such disruption in the service of zero emission and planet rescuing agendas. As a publisher accepting the tripe from The Simpsons is complicity. The 250% room for improvement is not a joke it's what killed the planet.
