Ask for additional charge in the last minute . It is big of this review system which do not have zero star. One star still too high for them.
Everything is good, BUT, the receptionist, an old AUNTIE is RUDE! I talked nicely with her, telling her I have appointment at 1230pm. She answered me I DONT KNOW. without checking through their system/appointment slot. I answered her, I must tell you who made the appointment right? or else the Lawyer wouldnt know, right? She repeat me Yes. Then I repeated same thing and said, thats why I tell you the name. I repeated 3 times . Then she quiet Lawyer is good and professional, even the staff for doing transaction to us. Except for this old lady, really drop the image of this firm.
