Excellent service! Charles assembled a new pc build for me and did a fantastic job. His work was clean and cable management inside of my case is neat. Everything is working perfectly! Highly recommend this place if you need pc parts or if you want your pc assembled. I brought the case and parts in the morning and by the afternoon everything was ready.

So I dealt with their subsidiary, PC Express, and that was a disaster, but I came in, and they made things right. I haven't had customer service this good in absolutely ages. Will use them all the time going forward because it isn't about not making mistakes (mistakes happen everywhere), but about how you fix them. They did the right thing. Honest, fair, great prices and knowledgeable people. They care about the customer and want to develop that relationship. Highly recommended them, but make sure you deal with their Joburg people.

This is a great resource for PC accessories. We has an issue with a docking station, 6 months after purchase, but the team where fantastic and replaced the item within 5 days.

Rude sales people, they think they doing you a favour. Wont be back there again after using them for many years. Prices are as competitive as it use to be either.

Pcint is a great place to buy your PC goods from, I would recommend them , However they're always under staffed so expect to wait in store. The phones are the same, Waited for 10 minutes before I just put down because I couldn't get through to sales. Update: Dropping a star again. I really hate to give these guys a bad review. But honestly I'm so tired of never being able to get through to sales, Waited again today for so long i eventually dropped the phone.

Bought a laptop for my wife here recently. These guys have really great prices - I have reallly searched and was lucky to come across their website. I received great service and very satisfied with assistance over the phone and in store. The sales person sent the device to dospatch for me & it was waiting for me when I Arrived. Checkout process in store was very seamless and I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff.

Very good computer parts store at resonable prices. Not really a walk in and look around store its reccomended to check their website first for what you want or ask the staff to assist you.

Be careful. The gaming pcs are not "ready" as stated on their website. You do not have an operating system, and the hardware drivers need to be installed from CD, but there is no CD drive so you need to get the drivers downloaded onto another pc to transfer onto the one you purchased. Dealing with management is also quite difficult. The pc I bought was advertised as "Fortnite ready" it really was not ready.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are really good. Ask to pay via EFT rather than card because they have a card surcharge.

"Computers Only" in Midrand has better stock and treats their customers with respect. At "PC International" I was hung up on 4 times and when I finally got through their way of apologizing/righting the issue was by saying "let's move past that". I recently purchased a case from them and asked them to switch it but when I got it back the cable management was so bad that I had to just redo everything myself, plus the front panel audio and mic jacks were just left unplugged. Will never use PC International again and will advise all friends to stop using it. "Computers Only" is perfect for the pc enthusiast! They Care!

Wish it was possible to give a zero star, customer service is appalling, the website offers deals which the shop doesnt adhere to, if you dont agree with what they are trying to sell you and you ask for something specific you need they tell you they dont sell it even though it is advertised. HORRIBLE SHOP

Be careful of buying anything that's promised with a warranty. Ignored e-mails and no warranty being honored with a broken PC.

Waiting about 20 minutes in the line just to be told they cannot help me and I should go to the technical side. This was after having a call on my way there with the salesman, telling me to go to him first.

Pros- Great place, great products, great prices and a great website, with no business hours but with up to date product and price lists Cons- An extremely grumpy owner. Although he knows you are in his store he WILL NOT acknowledge you, greet you, smile at you, or thank you but the staff make up for it. I normally deal with Peter or Eugene

Great place for PC supplies and hardware. Not always the cheapest, but pricing is fair and service is generally above average. They also do repairs and the guys in the workshop are really helpful.

Good prices on pc parts the service could be better

Prices fairly low, but not as competitive as years ago (my opinion). Not really a linux friendly store. Floor manager (owner?) "grumpy" or perhaps even rude. Competitors are becoming more attractive to me.

The team really helped me in a pinch, on a Saturday.
