I have to admit something. I cried happy tears leaving my room/the hotel that's how wonderful of an experience I had. My husband and I came here for our long over due vacation and boy were we blown away by the beauty. We got the ocean front view room and I thought I was looking at a painting. My jaw dropped at the scenery. I especially stayed in my room on our last day just to take in the beauty, I couldn't believe it. I'm not a beach person and it was my first time on a resort and I realized it's not that I don't like the beach, it was that I can't stand the chaos, the struggle to pack 50 things and get wet sand in the long car rise home. The Kahala resort had the private beach and I ENJOYED my time to the max.

Darell, Gary, Justin at the valet were SUPER wonderful! Darell went above and beyond with us. He didn't sound redundant, he was always personable and had a normal conversation with us!! By day 3 I felt like we had known him for ages! All the valet staff really were my favorite. I bothered them almost every day to take a picture of my husband and I and they were always so happy to do it. I am a shy person, but they made me feel so comfortable that I wasn't hesitant to ask. We came across a lot of the valets there and they were all terrific. Good job Kahala.

I wish they handed out flower lei's as you entered :( I came to Hawaii for the first time and that's something I truly missed. I understand due to covid they couldn't put it on even if they had them, but they could have put him on a side table for new guests to take. Growing up that's the image I always had of Hawaii with the lei and I really wanted one :(

The Kahala resort is SO close to everything! That's another huge plus point.

Thank you Kahala for memories that I couldn't have experienced anywhere else. It was so smooth at your resort and we will keep on recommending you and we are coming back one day or the other!!

Highly recommend the dolphin experience and the beachside restaurant! Great staff! You can get rooms with views of the dolphins which are so worth it and the resort itself is absolutely beautiful

Excellent, attentive personal service. I m sure it would have been even better were there not a mask mandate. Wendy the Concierge went beyond-beyond to help us get the most from our visit to the island. Minor room hiccups after check-in were handled well and quickly. Great amenities. Though we aren t fans of resident dolphins so much, the third-party caregivers were so informative and pleasant that we (maybe I) could see past our reservations.

Everything is fantastic here... amazing staff, stunning food, the best massage I've ever had. The beach is beautiful, the suites are beyond perfect. The kids are madly in love with the hot tub. Definitely a phenomenal place to visit!

From the time we arrived until we left , my wife and I were treated as the only people in the Resort. The valet crew was outstanding and did not hesitate to give us any assistance we needed. Carolyn at the front desk treated us like family and made it a point to check on us everyday. The amenities were outstanding and the location was away from the crowded Waikiki area. The breakfast was simply outstanding. The beach was sparkling clean as were the pools. The staff made sure we were taken care of.

This hotel is rich in elegant tastes, art , beautiful living orchid flower, history and culture . Love it!

Beautiful resort with convenient access to the beach. I loved the room facing the golf course with a balcony. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing time.

The pool is good for kids but probably too small for adults.

Best decision made for Hawaii... truly paradise here ... staff is outstanding...
