Blue Skies Recruitment Review

Staggeringly bad! Three times I met with their 'top' people with promises of how they could support my company yet not a single call or email to update me on progress in six months. My calls were unanswered and emails were deleted without being read. These people don't have any marketing or comms experience, certainly don't offer anything related to customer service, and don't know what they're doing. It's a pity Google doesn't offer a 'no stars' option.

Jessie was fantastic at supporting me when applying for a new role. Communication was always clear and she would go above and beyond to make sure she was recommending the right jobs for me. She's placed me in a new job that I'm really excited about and I'd be keen to work with her again in the future.

I saw advert for a job with recruitment and marketing experience role I contacted Bridget which was very rude wouldn t let me explain my relevant experience I have worked for the biggest marketing company in the uk and also website company in the uk and America every time I tried explaining myself she would cut me off and not understand what I was saying also worked within recruitment, that is Noway to speak to potential workers dictating to me over the phone if she would of listened she would of got somewhere. The other reviews say it all about the company.

Total waste of time. Multiple phone calls and emails ignored, talked through a role going into detail about my background, qualifications, why I thought the role was for me etc to be told that I would be contacted further regarding the the role.

No further contact was made. So I contacted them to try and pursue the opportunity and yet again I was totally ignored by them.

Don't waste your time and effort like I did. They don't care about you.

I have found Blue Skies to be very unprofessional. I had a job interview arranged by them. A few days after my interview I saw a job alert for the same job with a different salary bracket and job description. It's extremely bad for candidates to find out about the outcome of their interview via a job alert email. If you have time to amend and update job descriptions, you have time to contact candidates to provide them with interview feedback. They are very keen to crawl all over you when they want you to attend an interview. They also have very limited knowledge about the requirements of actual creative roles. I also find it unprofessional that they sit there texting you, instead of emailing people. On the whole, I would absolutely not recommend Blue Skies. Fellow creatives, there is a much better recruitment agency in the Nottingham area - go there instead of wasting your time with Blue Skies.

Over promised and under delivered. Terrible communication skills. I had calls and emails absolutely ignored for days. Would not recommend to anyone seriously looking for a job.
