Not happy - not ever made a claim even though i've been with them for years but they keep putting up my premiums by ALOT

when I asked them why, they told me its because lots of people have been making lots of claims and it makes no difference if youve claimed or not, youve got to pay for the claimers. No wonder then that lots of people make lots of claims if it doesn't put up their premiums more than someone who doesn't claim!!! My car and house insurance don't do that, they keep my premiums low if I don't claim. Will be looking elsewhere!!

Terrible company, avoid them if possible. they are full of excuses and will avoid paying out at any expense. my husband had an injury and was unable to work we put in a claim and they started paying out for a couple of months before turning around to say to us we needed to disclose something that had happened 20 years ago then stopped paying and cancelled his policy. Absolutely disgusting. to be honest i think it is family business as they all seem to be related somehow. Do not use them.

Avoid this company

They used to call themselves Exeter Family Friendly .I believe in October 2015 the company dropped the 'Family Friendly' ..probably because this does not describe them anymore.. They were good in the past

They have put their prices way up and cut back on customer service

Having lodged a complaint I have yet to hear back from them .4 days have gone by and I was told a senior would call me no one has called

Go elsewhere

Been with them for 20 years now. Never had a problem, very efficient claims line.
