After researching several different manufacturers, I decided I wanted to purchase a Toyota. Their reliability, dependability, and level of service is a cut above. So, knowing that I wanted to purchase from Toyota, I began looking for a dealership. Luckily, I didn't have to look far!
Green's Toyota is very well known throughout Lexington. If you see a Toyota anywhere in the Central KY area you'll more than likely see Green's on the back of it, and for good reason. The salesmen here really go above and beyond to work with you to find a vehicle that really suits your needs and your budget, even if it takes several hours. Once you find the perfect vehicle they'll get you over to their finance department to find a rate and payment that works for you. The entire process was hassle free and I could tell that everyone involved were invested in helping me get into an excellent vehicle.
Thankfully I elected to get Toyota Care, because a month later I came out to my car after shopping to find that one of my doors had a dent. I worked with Green's to get my car into a repair shop and it was all covered with the package I had selected when I bought my car. On top of this, their service department treats you like you're part of the Green's family when you come in for any service needs.
Shout out to Brad, my salesman, and Steve, the finance manager, that got me into a new RAV4 that had all of the features that I was looking for in a quick and efficient manner. I will absolutely come back to Green's if I'm in the market for another car anytime in the future.
We have purchased 3 new vehicles from Green's in the last 7 years. We just recently bought my wife a new Highlander. Jeff Oliver was our sales rep and he made everything very easy. We were in and out in 30 minutes after getting most of the details worked out over the phone / email. In my limited past dealings with their service department they have always been easy to to deal with. I love being able to schedule online as needed. Would recommend Jeff and the team at Green's.
I purchased a highlander this past Saturday. We was helped by Chuck and he was great! We got in and got out! They didn t have much of a selection which was actually better for me because I was able to get the platinum. I love it! Chuck went over everything in the vehicle and was very helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend!
We were on the hunt for our perfect Jeep, and we found one at Green s Toyota Of Lexington. I emailed to inquire, and Ollie promptly replied. He knew we were coming from out of state, and made sure before they closed that evening that the Jeep was still there and available to purchase. Ollie was amazing! Had a very easy transaction working with Austin H, did everything through text (which was a necessity for me) moved everything quickly answered all my questions professionally and kept me abreast of the transaction every step of the way. Very easy to come to terms on the new car. I work in the automotive business, and did NOT let Austin know that until after the transaction was done.
