Absolutely adore the structure and Amazing feeling when you enter. The staff make you feel welconed. It's paradise hidden in a beautiful countryside. Expensive yes but mostly worth the stay. You will not regret it!

4 stars because it's a 4 star hotel.

4 stars because it's a 4 star hotel.
4 stars because the rooms are wonderful but the staff not so friendly (except this lady at the bar and this young Asian guy who will do everything possible to make you feel like a king, thank you).
4 stars because the presentation is perfect but the food need improvement.

I went there for a convention with my company. We rented all the hotel. My room was simply PERFECT.
This is a really nice place where you have to bring your husband, spouse and even kids.

I highly recommend this Hotel and put it on my Top 10 of Hotels you have to visit in Canada.

Just work on the 4 stars and get the 5th one. Another thing is the staff is multi ethnic I love that.

Thank you for what you have done.

Had a wonderful dinner overlooking Lake Rosseau. We chose the dinner buffet, fresh hot and flavorful. Could not have been a better experience. The prime rib was wonderful, the staff professional and attentive.

Short but sweet trip! We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary there and look forward to visiting again during the other seasons to enjoy their other activities! Food and drink was incredible - highly reccommend visiting the Chophouse and trying the various cocktails the Lake's restaraunt located near the lobby

Overall, the location and nature surrounding the JW Marriott property is what determines its value (which absolutely is mesmerizing).

The quality of the hotel in terms of furniture quality, staff awareness of their responsibilities, food in the available restaurants, and spa options is quite poor.

What was offered was most definately not up to any luxury standards.

I would much rather find a cottage near by to rent, cook for myself and book spa services separately than experiencing again what this hotel offers (not worth the $700/night w/o Lake view which was offered for a additional charge of $120/night for 2 ppl in the fall season).

My company chose JW Marriot The Rossrau Muskoka Resort for a conference. The resort was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very large and clean. The staff were great and rest to help out with anything and everything. I was very impressed with how well the resort is set up for retreats and conferences. I loved my stay and will definitely be back.

Stayed there for Christmas holidays in room 1213. The service and facilities were good. Howerer, in hour room we had bedbugs. My family and I woke up with bedbugs bites. After we spoke with reception staff, the only thing they said was that they will look into it. Good thing is that it was our last day and we had to check out, no desire to deal with bedbugs on Christmas.

Spent two nights at the resort for my Anniversary and would definitely recommend it. The view from the room was incredible. The service was top notch and all the hotel employees were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They even surprised us with sparkling wine, fruit, and a nice card to our room to celebrate. The grounds are beautiful and large, and the pathways were salted quickly after any snow for safety. We didn't stay at any of the restaurants but the bar had friendly service and some really tasty beverages. Our favorite part of the stay was the indoor-outdoor swimming pool, we were surprised it is heated outdoors all year round. It was great to go for a relaxing dip and then into the outdoor hottub. All the facilities were very clean and we look forward to booking the Spa ahead of time on our next visit (the Spa is booked full well in advance). We will definitely be visiting again in the summer to try more outdoor activities.
