Good hotel; dear, it's been a bit old and lonely lately

It's almost impossible to find any flaw staying at Ritz-Carlton... Everything from room to service to food is top notch, except perhaps the slightly warm lobby area given the vast expanse of the space!

This is definitely one of the very good hotels in town, big rooms, nice pool, and neat little fitness facility, but the hotel is a bit too quiet and the bar/karaoke(?) place on the lower floor is no longer in operation. For a Ritz-Carlton, it is a little disappointing.
However, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel, which is a big plus.

I have a bad experience here, as a guest booking a place for clients. In terms of security and hospitality, for me, it's lacking. I lost my wallet here, and all the staff can't help, even the manager on duty. They said CCTV did not reach the area where my wallet was lost, in the smoking area. A hotel that is very, very exclusive, with super tight guard, and supposedly not friendly delivery food from outside. But it must be admitted, in terms of reservation service via telephone and booking in place, this hotel is a champion. Only the security and friendliness of the non reservation staff is disappointing, for a hotel of this class.

Where should I start, All of the staff were friendly, even on the restaurant (the food is good), there is a guy called me by name, it's surprised me how he remembered my name since there is a lot of customer in the restaurant.

The spa itself quite good, especially for the facial treatment. I feel refreshed.

For the room itself is enough for me. and the water pressure is so high too (Yes shower's water pressure is so important for me).

Cons: for 5 stars hotel I didn't expect the coffee is gonna be Nescafe classic, aqua for mineral water and the kettle made of plastic. However, the tea is TWG which is a plus.

The bath in the room is very good. Human services feel loose or messy. The quality of the meal is just one. It is difficult to control the air conditioner depending on the room. As there are many cases where reading of the card key fails when accessing the elevator, it is necessary to take it in and out slowly. SPA Terrace Suite is immersed in a large Jacuzzi. Come experience it once.

Luxury hotel with excellent services, good place for family holiday and business, located strategic in the central jakarta

Included in the 3 best hotels in Mega Kuningan. The facilities for meeting rooms and ballrooms are good, complete, clean, the staff is friendly and nimble, the toilets are always kept clean, the food is good except the dimsum, the room is large and clean with excellent lighting and cooling. Drinks in the room are also quality, including a meal drink in a meeting room.

I have stayed in a lot of Ritz-Carlton properties and Ritz-Carlton Bangalore is by far the best experience I have ever had. The team doesn't spare any detail to meet and exceed your expectations.

It's delicious if there's a wedding here. The place is spacious, so even if there are many guests, it won't be crowded. The food is also good, international food is served.

What I love about the hotel is the gigantic pool, the tracking route for morning jog, and the gym. It also located at the center of Jakarta, it s easy to go mall hopping from this place.
