Luxurious and expensive place, hotel full of style, tremendous service

Very high class hotel, great food, solid service ...

The hotel's location is good and close to many office buildings, however it's old, room is spacious, bathroom looks good as well, foods are good, it has various options.

The hotel is more than fantastic overall ..
The area is safe and there are many shops and cafes near the hotel

This is a lovely hotel. It looks like a palace!! It's in a central location, with near by shopping and eateries.

We stayed 7 nights and were treated very well. All the employees were pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and neat. The bed was super comfy.

I had no complaints about the location or the service. Overall, it was a great experience!

Meeting with the Indonet team and Alibaba cloud, Mutiara 1 Room, where to eat in Asian restaurants, food menus according to their restaurant names, from goat fried rice, teppanyaki, sushi, meatballs, steaks, various salads, various ice creams, and many more, for taste I think the value is 3 from 5, for location and place of value 4 from 5

Great hotel and fantastic staff!! Quality is unmatched! My wife and I have been using the Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan for a number of years. There has been an amazing consistency in the manner in which the staff works and always efficiently and with a very professional demeaner! That speaks highly of a training program that works. Keep it up! Standards here reflect a sincere customer appreciation level. A great place to stay in Jakarta - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The hotel looked new and good but it seemed very deserted. The Ozone had great music as it was a private party but I wouldn't go back there since smoking is allowed in the bar.

Celebrated our wedding reception in this hotel, & we are so grateful with our decision. The staff are friendly, the service is exceptional, & the price is quite reasonable in comparison to other 5 stars hotel in Jakarta. The food tastes good as well, none of my guests complain.

The hotel is luxurious, the food is standard. Unfortunately the wc is muddy, and the broken one is bad. For the size of a class of carlton ritz, it shouldn't work until it happens.

That was amazing! Everything was of the highest quality. Lots of complimentary surprise extras. After checkout I got to stay a few hours longer at the fantastic pool on the fifth before my taxi arrived. Only one possible improvement: it was hard to understand some employees' English pronunciation.
Mrs Brenda was the best employee.

Luxury buildings that are inversely proportional to the quality of cuisine. Maybe if the hotel is 2 or 3 stars, it's fine but it's 5 stars.

A very luxurious hotel with a variety of luxurious facilities

The security is arrogant even though I understand they only carry out their duties and procedures but they should be able to enjoy which visitors have the potential to bring danger or visitors who are only guests of hotel customers.

Room is spaceous and nice even though the hotel is a bit older. Staff are friendly and professional. Food was good. Gym had everything I needed for good strength and cardio sessions. We also hired a car for the whole trip and it was a breeze. Overall great experience.

The Salad menu is really good ... Unfortunately the queue when entering the old parking lot

Always in love with this hotel chain wherever I go. Last visit was related to financial institution conference. Beautiful hall, great conference hall. Nice food and great facilities.
