Responsive service, nice room, and excellent breakfast selections.

Living at the Ritz, great Hotel. The entrance is really warm and inviting the rooms are large clean and efficient. The only downside is it's in a quiet area and a bit of a walk to the main road and balls probably 10 to 15 minute walk.

I used an Asian restaurant. A dessert coffee mousse in the early hours? Is delicious. The meat and fish did not smell, and the noodles and pasta were delicious. There are two disappointing points. The grilled teppanyaki fish is a bit raw, and sushi seems to be popular with Indonesian people, but it is hard to say that it is Japanese. But since it's Indonesia, there are many things that my child can eat, so I thought I could try it once.

A truly 5 stars hotel in Mega Kuningan Area. Great service, spacious room, bathtub available in the room, showers and complete amenities. I was in 6th floor so the view was just ok. Full facilities,Swimming pool , fitness centre, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, cold plunge pool they even have herbal garden which is very nice for just chilling on the gazebo.
Will i come back here? For sure!

The reason for giving five stars
1. There is a really delicious breakfast.
There are many kinds of food, which are perfect for Korean tastes and are really delicious.

2. Room service is inexpensive and delicious.
It costs about 15,000 won per meal, but considering it's a 5-star hotel
I think it's so delicious and cheap.

3. The staff are very friendly.
When passing by and encountering employees, they always say hello with a smile.
There are employees who make you smile.

If you have a chance to come to Jakarta, I definitely recommend it.

Luxury Hotels from the price per night alone already looks so there's no need to doubt anymore.
For the service must be very very very satisfying ..
For the rooms, don't hesitate because this hotel is a luxury hotel so the rooms are nice, neat and clean.

Overall.. great place for stay.. I stayed there because annual cardiology symposium being held in Ritz.. I got 1 room with two king size bed.. so it's great place to stay with family.. I liked the bathroom.. cause it had shower and bathtub.. and also there were alquran and bible in the desk. There was also a flat iron. Plenty of beverage and drinks. And for the breakfast was delicious.. I liked all the food they served.. from Indonesian food, western, asia like dimsum and sushi.. they have one big ballroom and many smaller room for meeting. The staff was great.. i liked how they served us in the restaurant. Too bad I haven't try the swimming pool. Hope I can go there again. For the price I think it's good deal with all the pleasures. Definitely.. great place to hangout..

The hotel where I got married! They have bigger standard room than other hotels. It's just a shame that when I came here, PSBB was already back. So we can't swim, can't use the gym and breakfast alakadar .. But i still love this hotel.

My experience when I was at the Ritz-Carlton Jakarta hotel was very pleasant,
very satisfying facilities were given to the visitors, guarding from the gate until the check in was very tight and made the visitors safe

Due to the previous terrorist attacks, strict security checks were required before entering the hotel. However, the breakfast omelette over the old toast is too coke, which is a fly in the ointment.

Luxurious hotel located at the central business district.

There was a problem caused by miscommunication, but the local manager handled it very well. The rooms are classic, spacious, can have 2 large mattresses, suitable for those who carry children. Swimming pools are for kids. Standard breakfast food, compared to other 5-star hotels, but room prices are also cheaper than other 5-star hotels.
