The service is okay, the view is many skyscrapers,
Employees respond quickly, security is double checked.
It's just that in the padet area and a little bit of a trip if you want to come here

The location is rather hidden and to enter it must go backwards if you don't take a private vehicle. But this place is very classy. Luckily I've been here. For the prayer room is on the lowest floor and very wide, the place of ablution is also quite a lot. The location is in the Mega Kuningan complex. The ballroom is also very spacious, suitable for use as a seminar, wedding, or office event with more than 1000 employees.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly staffs and free shuttles to the nearby mall.

A five-star hotel that is strategically located in the business center of Mega Kuningan with very satisfying service and also the food provided at this hotel is very tasty and delicious.

Asia restaurant, delicious but definitely not the best buffet in town.

One of the best hotel experiences ever while staying at the Ritz. I was there for close to two weeks for business and enjoyed every day i was there. Service was great, food was fantastic and every worker was helpful and very friendly. Would stay there if I ever go back.

Luxury, but the public restroom soooo dirty and smelly too bad

I stayed 2 nights with my wife (just married!) and everything was perfect: pick up at airport, check-in, room service and even a surprise in the room back from City Tour!!! This hotel is a MUST if you wanna feel "at home"!!

Difficult entry. The entire body and contents of the vehicle are also checked. Even check with a dog too. What is my fault until it reaches me.

Great personalized service, with hotel staff going an extra mile to accommodate requests.During my first visit, I was given a complimentary coffee package. And to top it all, they have very scrumptious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of cheeses, breads and rolls, cakes and pastries, fruits including blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and yogurts. You can even order from their menu which is already part of the free breakfast that comes with the room. Another plus is the fast internet service. A tip: you should be mindful of your reservation. I was upgraded several times to the Hotel Residences, but I felt it was a downgrade,. While the residences are spacious, with two large rooms with own toilet and baths and self-contained complete with a kitchen , they do not have the same amenities as the hotel. The hotel also connects to the Pacific Place Shopping which has lots of restaurants, a grocery and lots of high end shops.

The 5 star Ritz is beautiful the minute you step into the lobby and see that 3 storey high lobby void. Services staff are so polite and ready to serve... Apologetic. Rooms are huge. We had double king size beds for doubles room! Hmmm... Although the settings are abit old, it's comfortable and luxurious... Prices surprisingly very affordable!

because I'm very satisfied staying here. the room is spacious although the mattress is twinbed but big. how come the bed is like that. I see the city while bathing in the bathtub while watching the atmosphere of the city ... it's fun. always like it when in the executive lounge ... asyikkkkkkk
