This is a big and very grand hotel, many who stay and who use it for seminars etc. Foreigners, especially Japanese, for wedding events is obviously very luxurious.

A splendid stay with great facility and the bathroom is superb. A great place to treat yourself after a long day of work. Strategic place to shop and eat.

My first Ritz in a long time and it stands up to the reputation! Amazing service especially from the staff at their asia restaurant. 4 or 5 different staff members knew my name within 5 min and struck up a casual conversation or provided service during my meal. Made me smile and almost blush haha. Food quality on their lunch buffet was also excellent. Room service fantastic although the hummus wasn't as good as expected. Ritz I will definately be back!

The Ritz Carlton was an excellent choice. The room was huge with a very nice bathroom. All the extra touches were clearly well thought through. Breakfast was excellent. Service very good. The bar had a pool table! Enjoyed my stay there and it was very handy for my meeting - which is crucial for coping with Jakarta traffic.
Security guards fully aware of slightly movement you make due to terror attacks. You are always watched on lobby area and entrance.
