I do not stay there but just having presentation n buffet dinner.The ballroom is nice & the food is excellent (Indonesian dishes). I love it ...It is recommended !!!

Why the standard become so low? We really hope that the food improved along the room renovation...

The inspection seems very tight, for the size of the hotel that is equivalent to its class. But indeed the provision of services is quite nimble, a variety of areas are available hotel staff who are willing to help. Unfortunately, for a five-star hotel class, worship facilities for Muslims are still very minimal and difficult to reach. And the toilet from the ballroom is too far away, so it needs more energy if you want to go to the toilet in a meeting / seminar / symposium.

5 star hotel but the service is so good. In fact, the hotel staff seemed to be slow response with customer complaints or requests. It's just normal. The breakfast menu is pretty good. But for lunch packages, dinner is just normal

This is the umpteenth time I stayed at the Ritz Carlton. Why do I like this place? This hotel in my opinion is very elegant, the rooms, the interior design are very comfortable with a spacious, clean size. The staff is friendly and polite. For the menu, the food is also tasty and varied ... I like fresh juices and there are squid shrimp seafood dishes that are our favorite for the family. Oh yes 1 more scramble I love the cheese hmmm ... not to mention free delivery facilities up alphard to Lotte avenue mall . Indeed, what is less comfortable is the strict inspection at the entrance ... but it is for the safety of the customer as well. I recommend this hotel.

Returned number of times. Great place, and bunch of people. A little too much "basa basi" this time I think. I guess though can't blame them for being too polite always :)

A 5 star hotel that is quite luxurious. The room is spacious. The lobby is relatively very safe, because the distance from the entrance to the security check is quite far.

Breakfast is a varied menu and you can select the menu until you are satisfied.

Ritz is nicely located in the heart of Jakarta's Kuningan business district. At first glance the hotel need a mild restoration work to bring back its shine especially with competition from the other hotel just across the street.

Come here because of the Asian restaurant, and in December, and the interior decor is really good, only access for pedestrians is rather complicated, because the entrance access from the side of the building immediately goes upstairs to the kelobby, when using the car, and using ojek online and pretty confused about where to access pedestrians

the waiting room for drivers is there but there is no canteen or cooperative ..

The rooms are large and clean, excellent service, there is a Spa, exercise room and a pool tho it's unheated.
