Very customer unfriendly staff. Urgently got a watch for a surprise. Given the next day as a gift, the band on the inside appears to be completely broken. Call them right away to indicate it. No sorry from. Could come by. Once I pass by, I am offered a new band. Still no sorry or apology can come from it. Very annoying staff.
