JustPark ref. 481221: never received a reply to my email sent 8 days ago. Complained about massive incident in the morning discovering someone's car rudely parked in front of my entrance door, on private parking drive-in area, blocking entrance in case of emergency. The car owner appeared in afternoon, referring to Just park app (never heard of that before as we don't drive). He paid for this parking area (which is off the road, drive-in private parking). Thus, JustApp took money for my private drive-in parking I never put on their app! The car owner showed me on his mobile that app suggested him to park on my private parking area. We've made photos of his car and plates, and the way car was parked. Beware of this app, as it seems their boosting their brand through the use of private spaces without owners approval!
I booked a space in central London 2 months prior to visiting. When I got there, the code didn't work and to top it off the helpline number was unrecognised! I was stranded without a space to park.
Since then I've sent 3 emails asking for my money back, all of which have been ignored. What a terrible scam!!!!

Whole experience with JustPark was amazing.Parking on Brighton seafront notoriously expensive but this space was extremely reasonable and overlooking the bay with all instructions perfect.This was my first experience with JustPark and wont be my last.....excellent.
Parking pirates! . Phone number available but no one to talk to unless you want to book . Email them but no reply . How can councils use a company with such bad customer service . Poor instructions. Even tell you to park when they don t have permission . Many flats cannot rent there parking space out . Be careful. Parking without permission could affect your insurance. Do not recommend using to find private (flats) residential parking . In fact DONT USE THIS COMPANY .
Disgusting service. Booked a parking space at the polygon in Southampton for a concert. On arrival NO SPACES available. No one to ring. Had to find alternative parking and pay out more money. Emailed complaint and all they could say.was sorry we will refund u. That's not the way it should be. Will certainly not use again and I would advise other people to do the same!!!!!!
Best parking solution app for London! Used over 30 times to park in London, rarely had any problems. I've always had quick responses from customer service who have been great and understanding. It's convenient, fast, secure and simple to operate and find parking. Can't go wrong using JustPark!
Self service at its best. Booked my space online, parked the car a few days later and off we went for the day. A lot cheaper then the train. Nice and easy.
