Getting in touch with InSitu for a professional transfer, finding an apartment in the space of a week I would like to thank the consultant Veronique for this precious help

I had contact with the agency Insitu relocation via my employer as part of a professional transfer, needing to relocate me very quickly (1 month). I had to deal with an ineffective consultant, who after a week is still asking for documents, only offers housing unsuitable for a couple with children and who also allows himself to make judgments by mail!
I do not recommend it!

Very satisfied with this service. The person in charge of my file was very responsive and always available for any questions. Her valuable advice enabled me to find accommodation quickly and the administrative help was very useful. Thanks again !

Interview September 22, visits organized on October 8 (9 apartments in a day) and here is the 8 I signed and I opened a bank account. First November I will start with everything. Following a transfer, I had the opportunity to do my housing research with Insitu and it was very motivating and useful for me. The person who greeted me was very nice and very responsive in research. It was a great pleasure from the start and I recommend to anyone who would like to find accommodation with this company!

I moved to France from the US and was very impressed with how professional and helpful they were. As a foreigner, there were a lot of details to figure out and I can't imagine how i would have done it without their help. I highly recommend them!

I was in contact with InSitu as part of a professional transfer. I had a month, to the day, to find an apartment. The agent was of great help (in particular by centralizing all the "paperwork" aspect for me, which also allowed me to search on my own) given the delays. Very responsive (response time less than 1 hour on average) and available (even on weekends), I was very well supported: the proposals were relevant, in accordance with my criteria and the advice provided sometimes made it possible to readjust said criteria ( is right !). In short, given the time available, I could not have hoped to achieve this result alone.

When I moved to Toulouse, I received an excellent service. I was shown a number of flats that met my search criteria and in the end Insitu helped me secure my first choice. I highly recommend Insitu for finding your preferred accommodation in Toulouse.

Very good service. Very dynamic, responsive, flexible, and always with a smile. His knowledge of the city, the market and his contacts among real estate agencies allowed us to block an apartment for 36 hours (the time to finish the other visits) while another person was ready to sign immediately. Insitu organized and managed my relocation from the Netherlands and this was done in a very swift and organized manner, which I can now say is not always typical for France. Insitu was able to find us a house that met all our needs, got the subscription services in order and helped us with the car, bank etc. This is a professional and well connected services organization, which comes highly recommended to anyone starting 'blank' in France.

Unfortunately, I let the relocation agency take charge of all the research, the result was that I had only 5 visits and this 10 days before I took up my post and did not correspond to the criteria set out. Lack of rigor, documents have been requested many times .... to avoid, go your way
