This is a foreign company which uses local estate agency to advertise their properties for them. Once you're signed with the local estate agent, they will pass all management responsibilities to this company, and it will go all down hill from here. They took all of my deposit, never responded to my queries, work with local check in/check out clerks to scam you. I have reported to the Property Ombudsman, this company shouldn't exist in the UK

When I first moved to London in 2012, with very few local connections, Ayse and her team helped me find my first apartment in SJW, and they were there when I moved out and turned in the keys. In other words, they helped me not only with the move-in, but also with the inspection so that I could fully claim my deposit from the landlord- which I did, BTW!
A very responsive and professional agency not only have they been prompt in assisting me with my move in process but also provide tremendous support for property management (e.g calling contractors). It is a pleasure to rent the property I am at right now with them and I would highly recommend.
