Great experience today with AKT! I needed some t-shirts made up for our Disney vacation. Everyone I contacted said the turn around time would be at least 4 days. I admittedly waited too long to order. Then I went to AKT. Sales person Justin was quick to hear my ideas, give me a price and emailed me the next morning with proofs to approve. He is a very creative person. That day, I picked up my shirts. I am very pleased with them. I will be using them in the future for all my business and promotional items.
AKT was our third and last attempt to have our apparel idea come to life. The first two companies printed shirts that couldn't last one wash. Hayden over at AKT dealt with my concerns, paranoia, overly tedious questions and concerns, and was quick to communicate! He nailed our order for a fundraiser and we finally saw our vision come to life! You've got a new customer and I can't praise these guys enough. Hayden went above and beyond to make sure any small issues along the way were addressed immediately! Thanks guys!

Not for nothing, but they were the first t-shirt printer out of 5 to actually pick up the phone. The process of ordering a t-shirt for my girlfriend's birthday was easy and very fast. I talked to the nicest person who was able to answer all of my questions and even start the mock-up for me. Two emails later, we have a shirt. AKT, you have a customer for life right here.

They told me they could print on an item at noon. Didn't call me but emailed me after the store was closed to inform me.
Clothes made to fit little Chinese people. Not Americans. Design work is nice but it's put on clothes sized for the Asian domestic market and won't fit Americans properly. For example, if you take a size large shirt and have your whole life you'll probably have to order a 2xl to get it to fit. So before you go ordering 200 shirts for your company you better be prepared to get samples of everything first. From my perspective they should just use the proper sizing right from the start. I'm certainly not going to do any further business with this company.
The have great products. My customer experience was awesome.
We worked with them several times and after going from March until June of this year to complete a simple shirt order, that will be our last time we give them the business! Also, Robert and Hayden individually lost one of their largest accounts due to their laziness and disrespectful attitudes. Sad day when we only wanted a good price and a reasonable turn around time without paying rush fees!
