Tasty, long lines in and out but they work the lines well.

Awesome Chai. I stop here every morning at 6 a.m. on my way to work. I love collecting the cup stickers too.they also have a great pre purchase rewards card

Coffee was amazing. The Cafe Au Lait was made very well; it was the perfect ratio of milk:coffee and the perfect temperature. The Mocha Frappe was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend.

For the past 4-years I have been visiting this place of great paced business for early work COFFEE! I recommend this place to everyone because of their fast pace and great hospitality...

The workers go above and beyond to make you feel loved, Tom the owner is a cool guy, I have been a loyal customer since I moved here and its by far my favorite

It's not Starbucks...the coffee is really good...the menu is small but satisfying...the staff are very nice...oh, and it's not Starbucks!

Love the food, coffee and friendly service BUT every time I order, it comes out wrong! It's ok Cuz the food is tasty but when you order an everything bagel as your bread choice and you get a croissant instead, you get a bit frustrated...especially when it happens ALL. THE. TIME. LoL

This place is awesome! Not a fan of the coffee only because I don't drink coffee, but the sandwiches are the bomb! They have two drive-thru's for faster service.

Ordered 4 drinks threw out 3. Cold coffee drinks had way too much sugar. We were on our way back to Kona and couldn t go back. If you go, order one drink try it, then order more.

Macnut pesto chicken sandwich is one of my faves and they have so many flavors for you coffees and Italian sodas.

Eat & drink: The sandwiches and coffee are really good.
Service: friendly and quick. Looks chaotic when busy but it works.
Sitting: Most people drive thru but there are also some tables outside. Downside: very popular around noon. Improvement: vegetarian option for the chicken wrap.

Friendly staff and good food! Highly recommended for a quick bite type of meal. Breakfast sandwiches were fantastic and the smoothie was pretty fresh too - good sizes and reasonable prices!

Cute place with great coffee and cool vibes. They have a decent amount of parking and a drive-through if you are in a hurry. But I'd suggest to take a break, order a coffee and sit an enjoy the humongous banyan tree view !

We stopped here during a busy afternoon Easter Sunday, lines were wrapped around both sides of the building but the staff was working diligently to provide great service to everyone present. The milkshakes are too notch! From taste to texture it's 10/10 I had oreo, my wife had amaretto, and my mom enjoyed the kalua! All received great feedback! I'm addition I ordered a bagel sandwich on everything bagel with swiss, bacon, egg, and red onion. The bagel seemed to be made in house or from a local bakery! The eggs fluffy and filling and it came together as the best I've had on island! This place is truly a gem! Don't be turned off by the wait! You have to wait for EVERYTHING on the Big Island! Oh! The young lady took our order BY MEMORY! They we're not wearing name tags so that could be a suggestion for management!

Really cool drive-in! Definitely popular, as there was a sizable line when we went around 9 in the morning. Good food, delicious drinks. Would recommend!

This place makes the best shakes and coffees.. everyone is very friendly. If your looking for shakes or coffee that's thick and sweet, this place is amazing for it. I really love the workers there because their so sweet and make you feel like they've known you for years. Their tapas are fairly good. Small yet savory, great for breakfast and brunch. There's really no complaints about this place, get your quick fix lol..

Come early, so wonderful, there is always a line out the door.
Drive thru always a wait, make sure you leave early, be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes depending on how busy they are.

The coffee was mild and mediocre. The breakfast sandwich had gobs of strange gooey cheese that was suppose to be Swiss. The people were friendly.

Bagel sandwich was ok...hot and tasty but not overly flavorful. Smoothie was great

Surpassed my expectations! We drove up and ordered, and I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. They remade my drink and didn t charge me for the mistake, and multiple people were very friendly and helpful both times we ordered. We re leaving today, but I m so glad we had such a positive experience on our last day, and I ll highly recommend this place to my friends who visit the big island!

Cutest little coffee shop... mostly a drive thru, all women run, great options for food. Coffee was great. My husband and I ran across this place while exploring the island. This was great! Plus buddy the pup was a great attraction while we visited.

Great coffee, quick service, good food, in the heart of Hilo. My friend from Oregon had to stop here to get his Espresso every day; said, "it was the best, this side of Sandy Oregon".

Great selection of tasty coffee. From what a local tells me they are one of the few places that have macadamia milk. Slow service though.

Amazing coffee and amazing service. First day we came here the girl seemed a little rude but because of the excellent coffee and chicken wrap we had here we decided to come back the next morning. All the girls were super nice! Must've just been a bad day for the one girl - we all have had those days. Anyways this is our go to coffee place here on the island.....my fiance ( who lives and breathes Starbucks) will not go to a Starbucks while on this vacation- Just Cruisin is so Ono.

There are quite a few servers that come to your car and take your order. The quality of the cup you get depends on the server. Most are in a rush to bring it out and move the line. Since the order taker also fills the order the quality is uneven and at times pretty bad. But if you are lucky and your order is taken by Emily, Fiffe or Sarah you get excellent coffee and very pleasant service.

Cute coffee shop with shakes, smoothies, and food as well. Had a breakfast bagel sandwich - which they serve all day! + Lunch items look good too. Have had hot coffee and iced latte- preferred the hot. But lots of flavor options. Drive through or walk in; patio seating.

Great coffee, exquisite milkshakes, awesome staff! They have a large Connect Four game inside and although I've never had their food, it looks and smells delicious. I wish we had found this place sooner on our vacation!

Healthy breakfast or anytime Sandwiches and Pastry choices, so fresh! Eat I side at limited area with a window view and air conditioning. My choice, outside at either the cafe sidewalk tables or the umbrella wrought iron table and comfy chairs!
