Great coffee! Got a 12oz Americana. Really good and friendly service! Forget Starbucks.

Super fresh food! Convenient and fast. They work super hard in there!

You have to know what to order. Coffee drinks and cold drinks are awesomely good at a good price. Food items that involve bread and baked goods, not so much, as they use thawed out Costco products. Papa'a Palaoa near Hilo town on Kilauea is infinitely better for baked goods.

I also have issue with Cruisin continually leaving a Help Wanted sign up when they really don't. They are just on a fishing expedition and it is unfair to anyone who applies.

Amazing! The cold toddy and mac nut milk and mac nut flavor is amazing!

Good stop for coffee, milkshakes, and smoothies. The "hard" milkshakes have real ingredients rather than flavor syrup.

A great coffee shop, has loads of options and baristas are very friendly and allow for additional options. Food is limited but they will warm it for you, it is undoubtedly a worthwhile stop.

Some of the best brewed coffee on the island. Way better than Starbucks and it's cheaper! If you like strong coffee, try their iced toddy with some white chocolate.

This used to serve good coffee. It was horrible today. They added a ton of sugar to something for the latte, I doubt it was even real milk. Really awful. Did they think we wouldn t notice???

Awesome customer service. He quickly came to us upon entering the door. Very welcoming atmosphere.. we played connect four while he made our Oreo shake and caramel frappe. It was so delicious I ordered another frappe before leaving.

My latte tasted a bit watery. It is nice that you can drive through to get your coffee.

They actually has some taking orders and talking story while you are in the driving lane to pay. Very cool. The food is good and the coffee is fresh.

Best lunch/coffee shop EVER! I'm always searching for ice cream coffee shakes and the one they have there is awesome. You can choose your frappe from 20+ flavors!

There are also other kinds of coffee and sandwiches to choose from, including a vegan option.

It's drive through but also has a parking lot from where you can walk up and order. It's within walking distance of the lakes and art center nearby, perfect to chill with a coffee in the hand.

Did I mention that the girls from the coffee shop are super nice?

Sloppy, uncaring service, untrained in how to talk to customers. Coffee weak, not hot enough. Not up to any normal customer service standards, such as offering sugar on the to-go order of latte placed in drive through. Music so loud that staff can't hear you as you try to talk from your car. I got the idea that basically, somebody opened this place hoping to make a buck, but not knowing the nuances of a coffee shop drive through.

Service is unique. They come to you to get your order from your car, the parking lot, the walk up area, anywhere. It takes a few minutes, but everything is made fresh and the frappes and shake are DELICIOUS.

Great coffee and food. With a drive thru window on each side it does seem to speed up the process. The girls who usually walk to your car to take your order are friendly, attractive and usually remember your order. Several times they forgot something because nothing is written down. With 5 - 6 girls taking and making orders at once in a small space, it does get a little chaotic when it gets busy.

Bomb coffee, especially coming from a Seattle resident. This place is amazing. Wish I would ve found it sooner!

Small, good menu with lots of options. Very large coffee menu :D had to redo my friend's order and was a little slow with mine but staff is so so gracious and conscientious! Coffee was amazing. Love it and would return.

This is highly rated not without a reason. Taste, customer service, extra mile. Worth a stop as you cross Hilo or Kurtistown on your way back/to Volcanoes.

Drive thru, convenient location and rich flavors in their drinks

First time here and I ordered a Chai Tea. Wanted to try something other than their coffee. They have a good selection for a small spot.

Excellent sandwiches and and drinks served by some of the nicest young people. They work very hard here with a line stretching out the door and two drive up windows. Don't be put off by the long lines. Service is fast and accurate, and what you get is worth the wait!

Awesomeness! Chicken pesto is really good but my fave thing to get is a breakfast sandwich. The staff is super friendly. Lots of options, great smoothies, coffees.

Bacon, egg, cheddar on everything bagel; cappuccino--excellent.

Most of the time it is spot on, friendly, highly spirited and professional young people orderly ask for your order and deliver on what you ask for! Don t overlook the bagels although smaller than standard they are full of flavor with bacon and Swiss cheese or a Mango danish with a iced coffee!

I walked in yesterday morning. They were very busy with drive through customers but I was first in line at the counter. Numerous employees looked right at me and ignored me. No one said hello or said they d be with me as soon as possible. After standing for at least six or seven invisible minutes, I walked out. Rude rude rude treatment!
