So happy I found a local coffee place! The staff is all very friendly and they get you through the line quickly and efficiently! The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were great! They have our business from now on!!

Quick, friendly servers come out to the car. Large menu and good selection of hot and cold coffee drinks. We got a Mocha Frappe and an Iced Latte, both really delicious. So happy to support small but wonderful businesses!
You can tell how good this place is by the constant line of cars. Mostly a drive through but has limited seating inside and out. Drinks are amazing and it's staffed to the max and we'll organized so wait times are short. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and dog friendly environment. I absolutely love their shakes (they make really good Chocolate & Banana/Peanut Butter shakes!) The sandwiches and wraps are also good. They can get very busy during rush hour so it's best to go when you're not in a rush.
This place is the bees knees. Amazing food and amazing service. The coffee here is truly delicious. Friends don't let friends go to Starbucks.
Their coffee and food is delicious. However their service is all over the map. There has been times I had to wait 30 minutes for an iced coffee, just to have them bring me the wrong item. They can be overwhelmingly slow and ask what you ordered over and over and still get it incorrect. But the food/coffee is too good to avoid due to bad service.

Don't go to Starbucks if you are in Hilo. This place is way better if you want a breakfast sando with your coffee.

Forget Starbucks and head here to have your caffeine and early mornings needs fulfilled by a plethora of sweet, doe eyed ladies. Quick walk-in and two drive-in windows to get in and get out. Coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, breakfast items, etc.
Hit or miss depending upon the server taking then making your order. System not very practical so sometimes it takes awhile to get served.
Excellent service ! They take your order straight from your vehicle in drive through line, or you can order from inside. A great blend of food and drink choices on the menu which include sandwiches, smoothies and coffees etc. Very delicious

We discovered Just Cruisin while on vacation two years ago and still talk about the Mac nut pesto sandwich. While we were in Hilo we had to go twice it was so good! The coffee and sandwiches are amazing and we will definitely go back anytime we are in Hilo
I stopped in just before closing (9pm) for a shake since the other ice cream place nearby wasn't open. Very glad I did. I ordered a peanut butter & banana hard ice cream shake and it was delicious. The ice cream wasn't locally made, but the shake was still very good. On top of that, the service was very friendly. :)
Great concept of a drive up coffee shop. The young adult staff had smiles and greeted accordingly. Ordered and paid premium for a hot Matcha Latte and a hot Chai Latte, though both tasted of a cup of hot water with half a cup of syrup, non frothed or blended, perhaps a dash of cinnamon. Had to discard. Also with order, a vanilla shake. This was also not edible as it resembled a cup of whipped cream and pure sugar. Had to discard. If you are a Latte aficionado and want quality, head over, way over to Kona...'Kona Coffee & Tea,' for a delightful surprise.
The lady taking our order was very kind, the speakers were playing Selena s music (which created a fun, playful vibe during the short wait), and the shakes were absolutely delicious to say the least.

After having read all the great reviews I was really excited to come have the same experience here. To my great disappointment I will never come back to this place!!!! The girls were very rude didn't acknowledge the three to four people standing in line for over 5 minutes didn't even acknowledge us,
I finally got to order my breakfast in my coffee my sandwich was not what I had ordered and when I brought it to their attention very kindly, I was told it was because they were out of that particular Bagel that I ordered but I was not even told that. I then proceeded to ask for a refund she grabbed the bagel walks away doesn't say a word I was sitting down at that point drinking my coffee and she just put the money down on the counter and walks away.
Unbelievable service I wouldn't recommend anybody going there if they don't want to be treated like that!!!!!!
Good coffee, and while it's a tiny shop, they have a good system in place so that you get your drinks in a timely manner.
Their mac nut pesto salad is killer, if you don't mind the long wait and idiot waitresses. She couldn't figure out why I gave her "too much money"...because...I wanted my change i bills. And i had to explain twice. Learn to make change. Pretty basic math.
It was nice to find a local coffee shop while visiting Hilo. I cannot speak to the lattes or cappuccinos. However their brewed coffee was very tasty. They will even sweeten and put cream in it for you. Which is a huge bonus for those drive-thru customers. Their Chicken Macadamia Pesto sandwich was fantastic. I got it as a spinach wrap instead of the sandwich, but they will happily make it as a salad as well. This was a great stop for me every morning.

Quick little place for coffee, muffins, and bagels. Quick service, drive thru or walk in. I had an almond poppy seed muffin and a latte - excellent!
Had a latte. It's not super strong, but the best one I've had so far on the hilo side. I'm convinced hilo is not a heavy strong coffee side of town.

Delicious. Except... Our first visit took 40 minutes (FORTY MINUTES), for 2 coffees and a smoothie. They apparently didnt make one of our coffees and then even though we told them immediately, they didn't bother making it for another 15 minutes. It was dissapointing to waste so much time on nothing during our vacation. Our second visit took less than 10 minutes... so, go at your own risk.
Went there one time, ordered medium coffee and the girl asked would you like large for cost of medium. Said sure... got and went outside to drink it and cold and old. Seems someone ordered it earlier or they made a mistake. First and last time there.
The strawberry smoothie is the bomb and the girls who work there are super friendly
