Good price for short stay and great location as central as you can get in Croydon.

Great experience. Very nice and cosi hotel. Very close to the Croydon Station. The service was very good and all the employees were very professional. A nice Mall just across the St. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Clean hotel. Easy access from Train station if walking. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly. They do not have a business area to print things like a boarding pass. Special thanks to Dave - manager on duty when I came in - for personally addressing this for me.

Side note for Americans traveling. Tipping bar staff it is not the usual custom. That being said - tip them anyway. It gets you what you hope for - that you'll never have an empty glass.

Location is very convinient, 5 minutes walk from East Croydon station. Meeting room was very pleasant. Refreshments and lunch were provided of a good quality and in a timely manner. Overall very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel for business class users as per the cost

Stayed over the St Patrick s day weekend, rooms were great and just what we needed, food was nice and bar was well stocked. Irish Manager David looked after us very well

Poor hotel. 1st room was dirty, big stains on carpet. Was moved, room ok but very dated hotel. Wouldn't stay there again

Great Business Hotel... close to Croydon East Tube station...close by mall.

Good location, no private parking but I was able to park next to the hotel easily enough. Really warm welcome from the reception team. Clean, modern and spacious room.
5 minute walk to Croydon town centre and East Croydon Station

Quiet and sober hotel. We stayed 4 nights in late February. Convenient for visiting London: it is close to East Croydon station (10 'walk), there are some cafes and a few restaurants nearby.
The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board, which we didn't use; we found the beds a little short.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good room and clean. Could do with refreshing the menu more frequently for some of us regular users

I need to tell you that the hotel looks absolutely stuning. The new design its fresh, so confy, i love it. It was my favourite place to stay, and now i cant wait to be there again. The staff so friendy, location right in the city centre, 3 min away from East Croydon railway.

Good place to stay for a night I been their to meet my friend who came for two days trip to London, I found that place nice, my friend did not complain about hotel means every thing is prefect, you have to park your car on the road.

This hotel was a good choice. The 3 stars are completely deserved. At the beginning we had a room on the 5th floor, but the mattress was old and you could feel every single feather. Then we wanted a change and it went smoothly. On the 12th floor we had a beautiful view of the city and our bed was great. The mattresses were only partially replaced, so from time to time all mattresses to be renewed, so the receptionist. The decor is as on the pictures in Google and the bathroom was high quality and some fixtures were from Grohe. The food / breakfast we can not rate, as we have searched for good locations in the center. To East Croydon it takes about 8 minutes and to the center of London about 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity are bank, supermarket and many cafes / restaurants. I booked on CHECK24 and there redeemed my vouchers, which I had previously purchased, so I came to an average of about 63 per day for 3 nights.

Nice room considering the price and the service was good to I would definitely stay there again if I get stuck in the area again

Value for money, few minutes walk to East Croydon station where the train takes you to London Bridge in just 15 minutes

Hotel is very convenient for East Croydon station and was clean. Staff friendly but the room looked tired and the bed was very uncomfortable, with a lumpy hard mattress. If we had been staying for more than one night I would have asked to move rooms.

The stay was great again! We also talked to the hotel manager, who was nice. When I'm in London, the Jurys Inn is always fun! And everything on foot to the train station!

Decent hotel, reason for 3 stars is location and parking is a nightmare to get to every day

Super friendly front desk staff a few meters train station and in a few minutes in the center of London.

Nice spacious room but small bathroom. Half price parking in car park across the road. Traffic wardens are very sly so you can't even stop for a few minutes. My partner got a parking ticket!

Stayed in this hotel with my wife, although we didn t spend much time in the hotel the manager David made us feel very welcome and explained how to get into London with recommendations for some of the best hidden secrets the city has to offer. Hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty.

The Jury's Inn Croydon is the perfect address for those who want a nice hotel close to public transport. The rooms are spacious and very clean, just as the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and the whole design of the rooms makes them very cozy and homely. Breakfast is excellent - there is full English breakfast, continental breakfast, fruit, yogurt... really, you get almost everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and could even help me find a doctor when I had an emergency. There is also a doctor that works at the hotel, but you need to book an appointment for that. There is a large shopping centre just across the road where you can park your car at the car park for a special fee (just 6 pounds per day if you stay at the hotel), and restaurants, bars, and grocery shops (such as co-op and Tesco and Sainsbury's) are close to the hotel.

The only negative aspect: the television/the remote is sometimes acting up.

I really like this place, clean good location and the bars pretty good. If your gonna stay in Croydon this is the place to be fair

A chain hotel that really feels like home! Comfortable, clean and well located. Stayed here recently on my business trip. Reception girls were great and really helpful and the room was comfortable and tidy.

Usually stay in the Hampton around the corner, with my usual hotel being fully booked I decided to give Jurys Inn ago. I am so impressed with the hotel, the bedrooms and staff that I will be pushing my company to book me in here while staying in Croydon.

Good city hotel, large and clean rooms and it's near the public transport.

Convenient, being only 5 mins walk from East Croydon Station, good facilities for business travelers, late bar. Cheaper alternative to central London as trains run late & it's in Oyster zone.

Distinctly average bar. Two of the beers I asked for were not available. As for the hotel itself, I can't comment as have not stayed there.

I love Jury's Inn for my seminars and workshops. The hosts are very hospitable and are always ready to answer questions and assist with enquiries

Had our Christmas do but held on the 1st floor all in all poor all round

The ambience of the hotel is good , receptionist and staffs are good but few things are lacking in this hotel , hotel rooms are not that great also in the night people shout and try to open your room door , these all not acceptable . I m staying in this hotel since last 4 years was much better .

Nice hotel, there were some problems, but they were solved almost immediately. For instance; our toilet was clogged and the door handle was coming off, but the staff solved everything within an hour. So we didn't blame them for these problems. The location is great and the breakfast is pretty tasty. They recently renovated the lobby and that looked very fancy!

Service very good. All staff friendly and available to help out with any request. Rooms comfortable and ideal temperature. Will return again when in the area.

Stopped here for one evening, pleasantly surprised really reasonably priced, spotless clean room, bed extremely comfortable great shower, breakfast was delicious and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Clean and spacious rooms. No concierge service., although restaurant, bar, breakfast dining area. Overall, satisfactory experience.

Average chain hotel. Located in room on the 6th floor. Absolutely awful. Room was very good and clean, BUT next to a housekeeping cupboard which means a huge amount of banging and noise starting from 7am. As a night worker who arrives in late, this is absolutely not acceptable. 2 night stay?? I'd rather stay in the adjacent Premier inn. Awful awful stay.

A last min decision to stay here and glad we did. Breakfast was good and needed, staff were friendly and cheerful.

Used to be a Gr8 place to go and have a drink and use the WiFi which I used to do. But the management is pants so I no longer do and will not ever. Unpleasant!
Also, today 11th August 2017 at 19:35hrs was subject to what I can only describe as racial profiling by an Asian male who claimed to be acting on the behest of the acting female white manager. I was instructed by him that my presence was not welcome! This is not the first time I have encountered this level of abuse. The last time I was with two white female guests who formally complained about the behaviour and irregular practice towards black visitors like myself spending money in their establishment. To think that without our contribution to the hotels enterprise they would have considerably less business.
To be a target of this racial profiling is unacceptable and deeply disturbing.
What a hell of a place to visit and attacked?

Excellent value for money. A nice, clean convenient hotel in a safe area. Shopping center steps away. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Washrooms are clean and lots of hot water. The lobby is spacious and bright. The front desk staff are all well trained and really try to be helpful. The bar/Costa coffee shop is a fantastic place to unwind. It's not the Savoy but I give it 5stars . I am in Croydon twice a year and it will be my go-to home away from home.

This hotel offers an adequate room with a very comfortable bed for a reasonable price.

Jury's in has changed since my last visit more compact and compressed a little saddening but I met Ludy who was very welcoming

I stayed here just the other week for business, and I will be completely honest. It is one of the best hotel in Croydon I ve been to in terms of the hotel room, facilities, room space etc. However, I must admit that a black guy who works at the reception was extremely rude and I noticed that he is like this towards almost everyone! It s unacceptable and it s a shame because one guy is giving a bad Image to the company. Even his employees looked like they were uncomfortable and they seemed used to it, likes it s a normal thing. I forgot to ask for his name, hence the description of him. Apart from that I stayed there a couple of nights and my experience was great hence why I will still give 5 Stars as it would be unfair to give a lower rating due to one persons attitude as he doesn t reflect the whole company. He should definitely be fired if it has not been done already.

Jury's Inn clean and nicely laid out rooms, all the rooms I have stayed in have had 2 beds a double and a single. A desk and a smaller table that 2 could eat around if so desired. The breakfast has a good variety from full English continental and healthy options on a serve yourself basis. The staff are always happy and helpful.
