Location. View. Food. Staff are just great. Can't complain about anything about those thing. Restaurants the beach also great. The only thing that ruined this great experience is that for a hotel in UAE would expect the bathroom to have a shattaf. For us is important to be fully clean. While others we know they don't care much.

Location, views Rooms, restaurants and staff are excellent. Rooms are quite large and everything is available and clean. Rooms have a great view. The only point that surprised me was the lack of a healthy toilet shower. This is surprising hotel in the UAE.

Perfect 5 stars beach side hotel managed by Jumeirah group. Every aspect of a good hotel considered here. Luxury, chic and comfortable, as they claim the ultimate family life experience. It has more than 20 restaurants with different cuisine that you don't need even leave hotel foe a fine dining. Try La Parrilla restaurant in upper level for a night. TALISE SPA is a scape gateway from all tensions. Free access to waterpark Wild Wadi and inside access to Burj Al Arab Hotel is one of convenience here. Free Parking, free Wifi are included. If price is not your main concern then you are on best track to enjoy a full package.

Really nice place to stay when I visited Dubai. Brilliant views overlooking Burj Al Arab! Service was second to none. Buggy service to get to different Jumeirah hotels for dinner was a definite plus. Will definitely be booking another trip to Dubai and will be staying in this hotel!

I went there for dinner in the buffet Latitude restaurant. It happened to be an Greek Easter dinner night. So a lot of lamb! The view of the beach and the Burj al Arab is great

This is a very nice quiet beach with stunning views of the burj al Arab hotel just a hundred feet or so across the water. If you aren't staying at a hotel with beach access, this is a great spot worth paying for access especially if you want a quiet walk with a loved one.

We went to Jumeirah Beach Hotel to celebrate our anniversary. We had planned to stay at the Al Naseem Hotel, as we enjoyed our stay there last year and wanted to repeat the experience, but they wouldn't accommodate us there with the kids in one room.

I booked the Family Room and it was very convenient and spacious, especially since the extra beds fold back into a recess in the wall to allow more space in the room. The hotel is newly renovated and the finishing is quite good. Edward from Housekeeping was exceptional in ensuring that all our needs were met. On our anniversary, the hotel had put in flowers and a banner as a gesture. We were also offered a complimentary cake and drink. The amenities and facilities were all great too. Jumeirah Beach Hotel also offers free dining on the half board basis for children under 12.

The only negative things I have to say are the lack of motorised water sport activities as advertised on the website and the fact that we didn't know that there was still some construction work going on which was quite noisy at times. We would've appreciated a warning, or to be offered an alternative room when we checked in, especially since I had mentioned that we were celebrating a special occasion in the booking. However, the manager and staff were very accommodating when I complained about the noise and asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel away from the construction or to a higher floor. They offered me a couple of options, but both were not that different from the room we had and we didn't want the hassle of packing and unpacking again only to be moved to a similar room on the same level.

Unfortunately, no one told us before the trip that a huge construction site currently causes 24/7 noise! The price performance ratio is not right at all. Everyone smiles at you but if you complain you will be soothed with friendly words and not taken seriously. I'm in the jbh for the second time and I'm sure it will be the last time! Next time atlantis!

Beautiful hotel. With charming dining options, bars and restaurants. Warm, welcoming staff. Superb views everywhere.
