We had Iftar at the Majlis al Safineh and it was amazing. Great food variety (even for a pescatarian)!

The hotel is more than wonderful and the swimming pool is very large and the hotel's hall allows the occupants to enter the Wild Wadi aquatic park by entering the gardens and the view from the room is a fantasy and overlooking the sea and Burj Al Arab

A really good brunch afternoon at Beachcombers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The theme is pan-Asian with drinks included, the range of food and seafood was superbly presented and looked amazing. There are different food stations where food is freshly prepared. There is such a variety on offer it's impossible to sample everything, the food I did try was delicious. There was live music playing and the artist Sam Tring was really good, the play set really suited the chilled beachfront setting. Thanks to the waiting staff who were brilliant and kept drinks and water topped up. If you want a good view of the Burj Al Arab this is as close as you will get. A walk along the beach finished off the day perfectly. I would highly recommend the brunch and hear the Sunday roast is also excellent. I will definitely return for the pan-Asian brunch. A perfect weekend or holiday treat.

Have been here for an iftar party and it is no doubt the best hotel in town with its amazing interiors and delicious food its a total thumbs up

Lovely place and the staff is very curtious and helpful. We spent some good time there with family. Must visit.

You can have it all at one place posh venues and nice view and beach a good brand with good service crowded in the weekends

My visit was to the D&A gastro Pub in the hotel. Beer and food was very good as were the majority of the staff.
The venue has been and has the potential to be excellent again, but the lack of attention to detail is costing it the full 5 stars at the moment.
Messy sinks and discarded used hand towels were piled up in the mens bathroom, which also had outdated adverts for the Dubai Rugby 7's posted in them, minor details but when you are charged premium prices it is reasonable to expect excellence in all areas.

Ive been trying for a week to reach any one to talk to arrange for my wedding. They keep telling me we will call you back and they dont. I said can I visit the hotel to speed up the process and they replied we will call you back!!!

Great hotel and very friendly staff, don't forget to use the jumeirah beach access which is the best thing about this hotel

Not how it used to be. If you're European or a local then you're practically guaranteed excellent service. The facilities are great rooms above average but when it comes to meal times the managing of staff is awful. Clear issues between the different ethnicities. But the ones that provide excellent service shine. If you can try and arrive at you meals early then you're get excellent service. The excuses I got are we're under staffed or too many guests. Take your pick but I noticed floor managers standing around not helping and the staff that do work were over worked.
The water park is excellent Wild Wadi but the resort photographers are a bit over zealous.
Watch out for the taxi drivers especially the unbranded black Lexus drivers as they will try to over charge you and always ask for a receipt.

we were here just for one of the restaurants in the hotel. the facilities we used whilst there were clean and tidy. the location is amazing, right near to the Burj Al Arab, on the beach front a short walk from Kite beach. the foyer is amazing, with these fascinating flower lights that open and close (see attached timelapse).

Fantastic place, only visited while going to a restaurant in the resort. Amazing views and a great place to stay.

2nd time in 12 years. Still a very good experience. Especially the free access to the wild wady water park

Fantastic Hotel, location: in front of the famous Burj Al Arab (sail-shaped hotel) with sea and pool; many restaurants; great service, food, comfort and kindness! Maybe a little expensive.

Had this cake at the lounge in the main reception. The pastry variety is limited, but the quality and taste is superb.

Impressive hotel, very good service, the breakfast buffet the best in the hotel, the most basic declared beach, the very spacious and well maintained rooms with impressive sailing views, the very good aquapart

Nice white sand beach. Direct access from the hotel to the water park. A little spoils the impression of a construction site nearby. You need to be a detective to find a toilet on the beach)
