exellent service. seems they read your thoughts. constantly looks in your eyes to find out whatever you wish. the vision from rooms to the back side to the hotel where appears a beautiful vision of sea is fascinate,everything is groomed in the back yard. i recomend this hotel to everyone

Excellent hotel to stay in Dubai . Great view of sunset and beach . Great facilities. There service is marvellous. Perfect 5 star hotel with all the entertainment and comfort that a one or group of people needs.

Very nice modern hotel. Unfortunately right next to the hotel and in the sea in front of the hotel is a big and very noisy construction site. Too bad that it is not pointed out!

I only went there for a drink on the terrace. The terrace is small. The service is long, and it's expensive!

I was in a Jumeirah hotel with my friends in a 24 floor uptown bar it's a amazing place to visit for drinks and food we enjoyed lot and the view was fantastic and staff are very friendly and very comfortable nithin and jai and faith and zhanna they take care us very well thank you guys you guys are awesome

The hotel is renovated. My kids enjoy it. Food is grate and very tasty. I recommend higher floor. There is 6 pools the beach and wild wadi water parks.

Best to go half board. Good location. Flexible when you need and want something. Loving the stay so far with my wife and 7 years, 6 years and 3 months old children. Although there are major renovation taking place it hasn't caused us any problems.
The heat as you should know this time of the year is VERY HOT...
Advice:
Taxi is always available but not cheap.
Exchange your money in Dubai for better rates but have some on you just in case.
Try as much as you can, all varieties of restaurants available for you within Jumeirah group in different hotels and included.
Staying in main land gives you better access to many facilities.
The beach that is part of Jumeirah beach hotel is amazing.
The water park may be part of your stay and included and is for all ages. Enjoy it...
Much more can be said. I will end by saying i enjoyed it very much hope you enjoy it as well.

I visited the hotel today and I did not like their treatment in the reservations because I was prolonged in the reception and waiting for the end of the reservation by nearly two hours. I canceled the reservation and left and I was upset.

Great pools and beach. Great service. Especially good for using Wild Wadi (if it's included in your stay). Expensive.

Fantastic luxury hotel especially if you have a suite.Adjoining water park,lovely swimming pools,food and facilities.

Super fun day at the pool with a plus... the Burj Al Arab view. Facilities and amenities such as towels, showers, shampoo, body gel, conditioner, changing rooms are available. Some basic dishes are served from the pool restaurant and bar ($$$)... OH! OH! an free icecream is also given away every hour.

Very popular family hotel but construction works 24/7 next door....

Fantastic hotel. I have tavelled a lot, and the thought that has been put in the guests comfort is of very high standard. Very good for the families with young kids.

Exceptional hotel for families with easy access to fun parks, entry into wild wadi directly from the hotel which is a huge plus for teenagers who want freedom but parents feeling they need to keep an eye on them :) beautiful views onto the Burj Al Arab ... good restaurants and tons of activities for all. Highly recommend it.

You can't even take a lunch if you don't stay with them...

Great venue for an official conference as well. The variety of food, extremely attentive service and the great venue lend to a fantastic overall experience!

Super awesome view, nice rooms and very friendly staff for the most part. The pool is great and the sea lovely. A lovely place for families and people who enjoy the family vibe. Go for a walk along the waterfront the get some air.

There is a water park nearby that is included with the room charge (or was for me) that looks like lots of fun for the thrill seeking. Me, I was content swinging under the little water falls in the pool and standing on my hands in the three feet section but sine of us are simple. A nice place to stay for a conference. Lots of ways to decompress

A hotel designed in the shape of waves. Back of it lies the beach and Burj Al Arab.

Great weekend extended family. The room was very good, clean and functional. We liked the friendliness of the staff, the food offered by the various restaurants, the beach, the SPA .... and the KIDS CLUB (a mini max adventure) Super. Also the ++ water park that offers slides and other attractions ....

I recently went on vacation to the United Arab Emirates, and I stayed at this hotel in a great location, I liked it because it was clean, tidy and there was good service, the hotel had a few things, I liked the room. In addition, when I was at the hotel, they offered me a tour with the company SHAN TOURS , and it was a great tour, they took me to see beautiful places, the staff was kind and responsible, always attentive, prepared for everything, it was a wonderful experience . I recommend them
