Granite Furniture... has this place gone down hill. Back in the Day Granite rivaled RC Wiley. They used to have good stuff and a fleet of trucks to deliver them. This place is dingy and grimy. They don't have much of a selection of furniture.
Called and talked to the owner and asked for help on a mattress for our guess room. He gave us a great price and delivery options. We have purchased mattresses before with the recommendation from the owner and have never been disappointed.
Not terribly thrilled with this store. They have a fairly limited selection of a few different types of furniture.
Worst customer service ever. It has been more than 2 months and I still waiting for my dinning table and chairs. I have made many phone calls to see what's going on (instead of them calling me for a follow up) and all that I got from them are lies!! Also prior to my dinning set I bought a sectional. 5 months later the corner of one of my pieces started to brake. They said it was easy to fix and in a week they were going to fix it. Well That should've been my first warning sign... A month later I got their call. At least they fixed it. NEVER AGAIN BUYING SOMETHING FROM THIS STORE.
Oh man! Where to start? Our in store experience was great, the guy that helped us find our amazing couch was so polite and informative! The guys that delivered our sectional were just as amazing, friendly and fast! And let me tell you what a great deal we got! We searched everywhere! What we were looking for was pretty pricey at other stores, but we found exactly what we were looking for at granite! And even better....at a GREAT price!
I am more than ecstatic about our experience and will definitely be a customer for life!
If you are looking for some awesome furniture look no further than Granite Furniture. The other day I went to Granite Furnitue and feel asleep in a recliner, 3 hours later I woke up and must have had some type of walking anesthesia, cause I didn't know where I was. The staff was very helpful and helped me find my way to my car. When I asked where I was they told me Granite Furnitue. Somehow I made my way home. THANK YOU GRANITE FURNITURE YOUR THE BEST!!!
It feel old, and I did not wanted to purchase anything it was was not welcoming my wife and I left.

Very pushy salesman who hovered than two feet away at all times, and when my teen son was injured in their store (bleeding all over their carpet, even, because of their unsafe floors that caused him to fall) they did NOTHING to help.
Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in finding what we wanted and needed.
I would like to first say that the service is great, very personable and professional. I have been doing personal and professional business with Granite Furniture for several years now and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them for great prices and excellent service.

I walked in and you can see the workers at a table but they did not seem to notice that a customer walked in. I continued to walk around the store and look at the furniture. I found a couple of pieces I liked but still there was no one around to help. I went back to where the workers were but all were to busy to help right then....I left a bit disappointed.

needed a recliner rocker for my TV cinema room. The one I wanted at RC Willey was $850 , but was very nice. The same recliner rocker at Granite Furniture in West Jordan was $419. The sales people are very helpful and nice and they have a large selection. At Granite Furniture expect to pay at least 40% less that the big furniture stores.
Very eerie feel in this store. My husband and I stopped in to look around a while ago, and it felt dark and dirty in some areas. In other, more taken care of areas, the sales people were overwhelming and constantly over your shoulder. I felt uneasy here, and we left quickly.
We had great help getting a new twin mattress for our daughter. Sales staff are helpful, knowledgeable and the pricing is very fair.
I enjoyed being able to look over the chairs without a pushy salesman following me. And then when it was time to buy, I was very appreciative of them being willing to wiggle a little on the price. This may only apply to used chairs, but it was still nice.
Sold us a washing machine as new. It broke down after 3 months and the repair person said it was 3 years old and wasn't under warranty. Granite never apologized when we called them out on it. They did pay for the repair though. I'm not very happy with them for lying in the first place. I know the reason they didn't tell us the age of it was because they would have had to discount it. The price was comparible to other washers we saw that were new.
Didn't have what I was looking for. Seemed more like a thrift store atmosphere. Small selection of items.

They ask you if your a legal citizen. Why does a furniture company need to know this. A SSN,yes, that s understandable. Our country revolves around ssn that but not citizenships status. It has nothing to do with purchasing furniture. I know they want they re money it s a business of course. However this is prejudice and discrimination!
I was shocked and appalled when I found out this was a question that was asked of my Sister today. She just wanted a couch and received this unprofessional unprompted question. How many others have experienced this prejudice? Don t spend you re money here. I support small business but not small minds.
