By far my favorite hotel in the UAE. It has everything you need in 1 place. The beach bar in front of the burj is the most amazing place to relax and unwind

We stayed at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel at the end of January 2020 and do not regret spending our vacation there.
The check-in was already friendly and easy, after the conversation at the counter was already and luggage in the room, as well as a baby bed for our smallest.
The room service and room facilities were also good.

Beach and pool were very clean, well-kept and also guarded, you felt completely comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is a dream, there is something for everyone, starting with different types of bread, jams, omelettes, eggs, warm dishes, sweet pastries, coffee specialties, everything is just wonderful.

Every worry or wish was read from your eyes and immediately fulfilled.

You always got a taxi and the shuttle to the airport went smoothly.
We would definitely spend our vacation here again

Enjoyed a lot staying here. Room so big.. Beautiful scenery u can have from balcony. Food also so nice. It's just whatsapp application cannot be use during staying in that hotel.Need to install Imo application to contact ppl. A bit disappointed. De rest all cool & great

Stunning 5* hotel, great location just a few minutes walk to the beach, huge rooms with double balcony, easy level walk to catch Metro. Super friendly service, bar/restaurant pricey as you might expect. Highly recommend booking suite & access to top floor lounge giving amazing breakfast with personal chef.

We have tried Latitude restaurant... The food was average! However, wide selection of varieties... Wouldn't come again...

The swimming pool and breakfast buffet is great. The service is good. The atmosphere is nice. The old decoration needs a renovation. It is a 97 year old. There is a beach overlooking Burj Al Arab.

Was in a Suite there with an amazing view on the sea and burj alarab. Really nice stuff. Sometimes little bit "unorganized" if we had questions and the desk on the 24th floor sent us downstairs. Criticism on a high Level.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, but the last one was not good, especially the food.

Nice but old hotel. They are currently refurbishing a large part of the hotel which was very noisy. But looks like it'll be good. The location is really good

Had one of the best iced coffees there. Slightly pricey however they have a great discount for the platinum card holders.

Guests are allowed to enter wild wady complementary
All rooms have a great view, service is good also
And all of that comes with a price of course !
There is a contraction going on but it doesnt really bother the vibes

Loved the beach lounge mostly, great views, exceptional customer service from all staff especially the kenyan lady who served us. She was amazing. Nice food and dinning

My favourite Hotel when I am in Dubai. Currently under renovation. They made it too modern style and too white. So I miss a personal touch now. The once beautiful lobby feels cold now with all that white marble.

Many restaurants and bars, big pool, direct beach access and many more restaurants to access by buggy and boat in Madinat. I guess, more than 50 Restaurants, including the best steak house MEAT & CO and famous and romantic Phai Thai restaurant. Fresh beer and German food in DER KELLER. Free access to the water fun park Wild Wadi. Everything high price.....

But, if you're not a guest, then it's getting tricky. You can not use the boat to reach the restaurants and parking is not for free anymore....

Fantabulous experience. Highly recommended. Its a best bargain....its a complete package.

Excellent view of the Burj al arab, great for a few drinks

This is a lovely place to unwind if not a little busy. Seemed to in undated with lots of people just wanted to have a look so reception was always busy with people. Rooms are lovely and very clean as is the club lounge. The pools are also chilled slightly this time of year so you can take a cool dip when it's monster hot. At 44c it was too hot to sit on the beach. The view is also amazing from the beach. At the moment June (EID) the marina is being dug up with is quite a shame as it was nice to sit at the end of the Marine and chill. Hopefully this work will be sorted very soon.

Great hotel on the most beautiful beach in Dubai, many different restaurants in the house and in front. Nice view of the Burj al Arab. At the moment, new land is being built on the beach, so construction noise is late into the night. Hotel was also recently changed and renovated inside.

Modern top hotel with perfect wide facilities, swimming pools for guests, for children, with swimming lanes and VIP. The hotel is nice, the beach is closed for now and there was heavy construction going on, pool is decent with a very deep section great for diving and swimming training, showers are very busy because simple 3 showers near the pool area is not enough, there is no self parking for some reason, overall it a good hotel but not my favorite within Jumeirah group of hotels, the Jumeirah creekside hotel is far more modern and better rooms overall

Booked Bait Al Bahar Villa, it was spacious, nice and the private plunge pool was good, not too private tho, there are villas above you and anyone can peek. The service was very bad, I had many complains on the service time, we got our luggage late and we asked for a baby cod but it was not ready in the room and asked for it again and got it after few hours. They gave us afternoon tea platters and there was a bug in it, we also found a lizard in the room later at night. Also they told us there will be canapes and happy hour drinks and we did not get anything nor we were asked if we needed something. the toilet was alright but for a Muslim and Arabic country they didn't have a bidet (the one usually used at homes) but they had a sitting bidet but it was rusty and splashed all over the place (photo). I also had a horrible experience in (The Hide) restaurant which ruined the whole experience.

It's a family friendly hotel. Their customer service exceeds our expectations, it's highly recommended. The food presentations in Latitude restaurant were definitely awesome and even deliciously prepared.
