I just can't give this hotel a 5, it was close to a 5 on many fields though, but for the price, close to a 2-3 on many fields as well. The service definitely deserves a 5, no matter for what price it was, the service is fantastic. The food, a steady 4, great buffet and nice, pretty restaurants at the beach. For me personally, the 4 is also because of the rooms, too small and too simple for the price. Our bath and door lock were broken, no-one realised and it had to be fixed after two days. That was the only negative thing about it, apart from that, fantastic hotel, and definitely worth a stay.

Amazing hotel where you can find 5 star services.. Restaurants bars.. Beach is amazing.. Beside the spa and health club.. Its like a perfect town its self all what you need in ome place... Its also near and next to burj al arab and the mall shoping center. Great breakfast woth a good coffee next to the beach.. I enjoyed it

I'm only giving 1 star because it was nice from the outside.
I was with a friend, who works for Visit Dubai and specifically chose the Jumeirah Beach Hotel for it's location as I am a photographer. So we were heading towards the restaurant area to watch the sunset behind the beautiful Burj Al Arab when one of the staff members refused to let us in saying that it was only for hotel guests and that we had to book a room in order to get to the restaurant which is in itself absurd.
My friend told me that this has never happened before. It actually was the most unpleasant experience of my two weeks in Dubai.
I was finally able to get the beautiful sunset from Madinat Jumeirah.

Lots of dinning options, good for families. Huge hotel with all facilities. Nightclubs as well & beautiful view of Burj Al Arab.

The location is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent but the hotel is faulty. The furniture and the suet you lived in were one of the rooms. Its window was small and above the ground level in an unacceptable way, like a warehouse, not a bedroom.

Great hotel. Very nice located on jumeirah beach. You can also enjoy delicious cocktails if you are not a guest of the hotel.

I didn't sunbathe here as it was too hot but great views of Burj Al-arab.
