Fantastic beach experience. Expensive for daily use , but when visiting its Great to pay for the beach, comes with all the amenitiirs of a beach experience from chairs, umbrellas to walking ice cream guys!

You pay for snacks in the package and the beach is always clean

Jumeirah beach hotel is a timeless piece of architecture. An iconic building complemented by equally interesting interiors and landscaping. Though the hotel is probably now more than 20 years old, it still can give a run for their money to the new hotels that have come up in the last few years.

One of the best in class experience @Jumeirah beach hotel.
1. Checkin was a bit slow but all ok.
2. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, all the amenities provided were top notch.
3. Wild wadi access was a plus, plenty of entertainment for kids and adults.
4. Staffs at Naya restaurant were great, especially the manager.
5. Overall, the Guest services were very friendly and helpful.

Very suggestive place. I didn't stay in this hotel for budget reasons.

Not for couples or solo travellers. Because of its close proximity to Wadi Water this places is just inundated with kids. It almost resembles a preschool at times rather than a hotel. Added to this they massively over charge for More

A stunning hotel with so many fantastic bars and restaurants. The brunch at Latitude is incredible - so much great food on offer and superb service. D&A is also a brilliant bar with craft beers on tap and free prosecco on Tuesdays for the ladies. And the views from Uptown Bar on the 24th floor are arguably better than anywhere in Dubai. I intend to go back here again and again during my time in Dubai.

Before the pandemic situation around the world got worse, i visited the Jumeirah beach here in Dubai and it was o exciting and full of fun

This hotel is extraordinary with different activities to come across with several bars facing the Burj Al Arab.

Excellent place, deserves the reputation it gets. Management should ensure fruit bowl is refilled when empty for guests stayimg more than a night....I stayed 3 days only to find bowl also take away after day one. Other then this small glitch in hospitality in every other aspect highly recommend the place.

Has a wide selection for brunch buffet. Had some issues as I found a hair in one of my desserts, bringing the rating down to 3, but overall the food was good

Family oriented hotel that meets the needs of young children. Complimentary services are resourceful even though some part of the hotel is being updated. The 'cons' are that the rooms are dated, bathroom have a single sink for a family of 4, and the room layout could be better. Overall, the addition recreational space makes up for the rooms deficiency. The family pool area, the private beach and the swim up pool bar are pleasant to experience.
The staff here make the difference compared with other hotels in Dubai. Your every need is no trouble for them.

Great place for family, Entertainment and water sport activities

This place is total luxury! Fabulously large rooms and if you get the beach view even better! Fantastic service. We asked for a cot beforehand and lo and behold, it was in the room when we arrived. We upgraded to have access to the executive facilities. Definitely worth it. You get access to the executive lounge which seems to have a constant supply of nibbles and drinks. You also get access to the executive pool which is quieter than the main pool. Excellent kids club facilities. There's enough activities for all ages. And if you're child is old enough you can leave them with the supervisor (I think the cut off age is 5). You have to pay top dollar here but worth it in my opinion.

It's just OK. Riding on former glories. Internal decor is trapped in time like a Duran Duran video or a set from Miami Vice. Service in the restaurants was slow and expensive. I guess it is running on its location and look rather than service and decor. Someone just needs to love this place again.

The beach is under renovation for months. The only piece left is between construction site (buldozers and worked are literally on the beach) and burj al arab hotel. Wont recommend.

A very nice beach hotel with excellent staff. The rooms have great views of Burj Al Arab and the sea. At the higher floors rooms are quiet and very relaxing.

I m only giving 2 stars because the room was good because I didn t have to face the staff in the hotel. Only concerned with billing things to your room even we they can clearly see your having breakfast with your family. And I dare you to ask for a glass of water from the waiter he will tell you to go get it from the buffet. The only good service came from the buggy drivers who genuinely were nice people.

fantastic overnight stay at what is probably the best hotel I have been to in my life (and I have been to my share of hotels).I am based in UAE at the moment and there is no shortage of superb hotels here - this was simply the best in terms of service, room quality, hospitality. This is what hotels should be.

Very classy, beautiful hotel. I loved it, the food is great, service is excellent, access to the beach , view of the Burj Al Arab is best at night, wall climbing, I highly recommend this place

Great hotel, amazing view to the famous Burj Al Arab, very luxurious and recently renovated. Highly recommend for families with childrens. They got great swimming pools and kids play room , excellent fitness center and sauna. Staff are very welcoming and highly professional. Always happy when visiting there

Service, catering, helpful staff, cleanliness, location, everything super.We go there five times.
Well, this time it was about another. The area around the hotel has changed, on the coast, on the construction site.24 hours a day, noise, thunder, dust, beeping backing cars ..... Just no peace, neither in hotels nor on the beach.To what's going to grow there is breathtaking, but we don't recommend it until then.
