JRA solved a networking problem for me that had eluded everyone else, so when I needed a new laptop I gave them a try. They asked questions to make sure they fully understood my requirements before they tried to sell me anything, then provided the right solution for me at a very competitive rate - good job well done.
We have used JRA for many years and have learned to trust them completely. They have never let us down and have often "come to the rescue" without delay. I.T. and computers are a world we do not really understand. We are at the mercy of technology. But with JRA on our side we have never had a moments worry.

A friendly telephone conversation encouraged me to take my laptop problem in straight away. I was very pleased to receive a call early the following morning to say that the problem had been located and fixed. Options for alternative hardware were discussed, but at no stage pushed.
