Very unfair pricing for smaller players. They overcharge anywhere from 15% - 100% compared to other distributors. In some cases they tried to charge me full retail price for a product.

Be careful with this company. They over priced on some position. If you return anything 15% restocking fee no body mention this when you buy. To get money really big deal they need 2 days to check and do paper work.
When it comes to locks and security and door hardware they're the best. The staff is super friendly.
It's a good place for general contractors to get certain for doing jobs, they have locks and closures and piano hinges etc.
