Recently switched from a mail -order company to Joseph's pharmacy. With the mail order, there was always an issue with the medication- by the time I got a live person on the phone, I usually didnt even need the medication anymore and they were without fail unhelpful when someone finally came to the phone.
Joseph's pharmacy is absolutely amazing! The personalized service is second to none. The pharmacists are available whenever you call and are extremely knowledgeable. They are courteous, fast, take care of all the prior authorizations. They are so friendly and put me at ease. I have dealt with pharmacist Meryl on numerous occasions. She goes above and beyond- I feel as though I have my own personal pharmacist! Deliveries are always done that day or the following. Highly recommended to EVERYONE in the NYC area!!!!!

I recently discovered this boutique pharmacy on the UWS and was super impressed! The staff, especially Meryl, are sweet, helpful, super knowledgeable, and treat you like a real human being (unlike some of the other big box pharmacies in the area)! Prices are affordable and the place is clean and organized. Would highly recommend switching to anyone who wants personalized care and attention.

The pharmacist was so helpful and even gave me tips in order for me to lessen my headaches! I was looking for a medicine that would cure my headache, good thing I found this drug store. I am so satisfied with the service they provided!

Best pharmacist and employees.You call and they are there delivery and help you call your Doctor if anything missing in your prescription .

They advertise a shampoo in the window and when I go to purchase it is 2.5 x the price because it is not the exact same Suave shampoo. Then I give a very very slow unfriendly woman a $10 bill and she very slowly checks to make sure it is a valid bill. And when I mention that it is only $10 she shows me her complete lack of customer service skills. I will stay with CVS.

Hands down the best pharmacy, pharmacists, and customer service in filling medical prescriptions in NYC I have ever used. Since I have chronic issues and fill prescriptions all the time and have been to MANY other pharmacies, I know what's out there. They answer the phone, fill prescriptions online or in-person, deliver, and most importantly are responsive, reliable and quick.

I needed a last minute medication on a Friday and the doctor sent it in late, and it was delivered to me within a few hours, automatically, with no effort on my part. Having dealt with a lot of chain pharmacies...they will eventually have mistakes, and you will waste lots of time trying to reach a human and then more time waiting to hear back, etc. Not so here.

Highly recommend them for any prescriptions needs. Especially if you want to save time, have stuff delivered, and be able to reach them on the phone on occasion to fix something when your insurance messes something up.

I am posting a revised review in order to update my previous review which was highly critical. Since then pharmacy management has reached out to me, my MD, and Medicare, and going above and beyond the call of duty, has resolved the issues and is now able to fill my Rx. This was excellent customer service and problem solving. I am now a very satisfied customer!

Their service is awesome and very prompt. They are all nice pharmacist to work with. They always wear a smile and greeted everyone politely. A very reliable and helpful drug store. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for being so warm with your customers.
