Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel Reviews

The Hotel is located in the downtown are of Norfolk. The room was very nice. I learned a lot about the importance of nice linens on the bed and impact it has on the quality of the sleep you have slept like a baby. The staff was available and always someone at the front desk to assist with any questions I had . I would stay there again. There are restaurants in the area for breakfast ,lunch,and dinner. I had opportunity to eat at Norfolk seafood. Was good we'll prepared meal.

Beautiful rooms with a lovely view. It was a business trip for me and it was quiet other than some noisy people on the floor over the weekend. Paid parked in an adjacent garage but I appreciated they were connected by a sky bridge. Fitness center was open with limited capacity and the hotel made sure keys were checked out appropriately. I felt like it was a clean, safe, and organized hotel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Wouldn t hesitate to stay here again!

Love the staff, the hotel is beautiful, great memories, highly recommend, club lounge with hot breakfast, the place is one of a kind!

We had a great experience here..Clean room..great customer service and looking forward to another stay here pretty soon. This is an ideal location downtown in proximity to restaurants and things to do..We had a higher level waterfront view..stunning!!!

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the showers are rather odd. They have a rain shower head on the wall instead of the ceiling. The water pressure is a bit low. They have no microwaves and the fridge is to small to hold a six pack of anything. Aside from those few things, the place is great and the staff is very friendly.

Another great place to stay with a good club and great rooms. Staff was professional and nice.

Newly refurbished. The deco in rooms was modern grey, surfaces easy to disinfect and the view of the River great. Parking was a little pain but just across the road.

The Waterside Marriott provided me with hospitality for several weeks. Especially would like to thank to: Caroline, Garrett and Chris at the front desk for their superior customer service and their efforts to please. They went out of their way to deliver the values of Marriott. Thank you!

Nice, clean, up to date hotel with nice staff. However the hotel is 24 floors and only has 2 washers and dryer s available for the entire hotel and only had 1 of 4 elevators working which was always extremely busy and took forever. Parking is also inconvenient as you have to park in a parking garage 2 blocks away and checkout key fobs
