The center is staffed with volunteers who were very kind and very helpful. They were even able to recommend a beautiful alternate route. They were very knowledgeable as well. The place is well maintained and very clean. It's a great place to stop in.

You have to see this country all over more than just were you live to appreciate it. There's so much more than just your neighborhood. We can better understand our neighbors when we visit them and become part of their lives and become to know them and not just a handshake or throwing a roll of paper towels at THEM!

Grand Junction Visitor Center (Visit Grand Junction) is a great place to stop before an eventful day exploring. Be sure to drink lots of water. This place has clean bathrooms and the staff are very friendly.

Are you new to the Grand Junction area?

Are you new to the Grand Junction area?
If you are near Horizon Drive, you might want to check out the Grand Junction Visitor's Center..friendly attendants will help you with information, and suggestions to help you navigate your way around the area, and better enjoy the many amenities, attractions, and attributes, of The Grand Valley. It's easy to find, it's to the East and the South of the Taco Bell on Horizon Drive.
Tell them Dave sent you...if you like this review, and find it helpful, please hit me.up on Facebook..Dave Faricy..that's me.

Friendly and helpful even outside their city. Made good suggestions for going to Moab Utah. Suggested bi-way route 128 instead of 191 which followed Colorado River into Moab. Which was east border of Arches National Park.
