Jordan Tractor is a family owned business and it shows when a family works together they run a very good business. If all businesses were as
friendly and open minded as they are at Jordan Tractor it would be very hard to decide who to do business with. In this case they were by far the most friendly of all the dealerships. We showed up on a Saturday and they had just closed, and Terry came out to see if he could help us. Most business would tell you that they are closed and come back when they are open. I needed to do a trade and they looked at the trade and said they could work with me. I thoroughly enjoy the Kioti tractor and it has done everything I wanted to. I will not hesitate to continue doing business with them.

Great folks, like the fact that they take the time to understand what you want and/or need. Great product in Kioti tractors!

So good so far. Just bought a new kioti there. Nick was great! Took awhile for model, but not there fault. Would recommend them, excellent so far. We'll see as far as parts and warranty work goes. Will update in a later time.

What a great place to do business with. I bought a tractor a couple of years ago and had 2 things go wrong. Both problems were factory issues. Terry went above and beyond to not only fix my tractor but make sure it was working like it should. I really like the service I get. I realize things sometimes go wrong, but Jordan motors made sure everything was was not only fixed but really cared that I was taken care of. Thanks

Great experience. Went in to look at a piece of equipment, they gave me a fair trade off their sale price, and left with a new unit. Very happy with the home town style of selling and friendliness. We went to two other places which I won't badmouth, but the experience wasn't nearly as pleasant.

A big thanks to Brian and his team for my DK40SE subframe. Brian reached out to in my search for a subframe that has been discontinued and offered to help as he had the parts available. The fact that I was located across the country in upstate NY didn't deter Brian which was a huge relief to me as I was concerned with the hassle of shipping. The team took extreme care fastening the parts to a skid(they even tossed in a dealership shirt!). Brian reached out to me multiple times to ensure I received the parts and was able to install them. Even know I am 35 hours away I felt like I was treated like a well known local customer. Awesome customer service!

Very friendly but once you buy from them they aren't so helpful. Bought a riding lawn mower because my wife loves to be outside but she has an autoimmune disease that prevents her from being in the sun for long periods of time. This way she can cut the grass and not be outside that long but this mower jerks her around to much that it hurts her. I call and asked if I could return it for this reason. We were told that it doesn't jerk when operating it. We only had it 7 days when I first called and asked and I was told I would get a call back and see what they can do to help me and no call back. I called again 2 days later and explained everything again and was told the same thing that i would get a call back and still no call. I went there because it is a family run business (father, son, grandson) and always like buisness like this because always get better service but after they get payed and you sign your name they are done with you. I would have thought they would have treated you like family for being a family own business.

Grandpa Jordan is a very nice guy his son Brian is a nice guy and Brian son is a nice guy they're all nice guys there they gave me presents

A really fine group of people to work with...Brian in Sales and Ed in Service. The Kioti 40hp tractor has been great too! Got a great deal on the Kioti after comparing five major brands. I do not regret the tractor purchase or the relationship with Jordan Sales. If you stop in you will understand.

Brian and Terry provide the best customer experience you will find! I am always happy after my visit.

Jordan Tractor is a very small town family ran business. I enjoyed working with the whole family. Everyone has worked hard for me even after the sale. This is a genuine family business and I have more respect for them than anyplace I was working with before. I am unable to state the service and values of that.

What a great place to do business with! We were recently in the market for a new lawn mower and wanted a Bad Boy. Found Jordan's on Google and stopped in. Great people to deal with. Came back the next day and purchased our Bad Boy Maverick and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Highly recommend.

Thank you Jordan for such great service this week. I called Monday, you picked up our tractor Tuesday morning, had it fixed by the end of the day and back home just in time for the snow storm. Special thanks to Steve in service, he was very helpful and patient and I'm not always easy to work with. Thanks again!!

Customer service goes above and beyond expectations. I bought a Kioti 3510 from them, a great experience. Had a factory installed o-ring on the rear hydrolic go out. They picked it up replaced o-ring and got it right back to me. I'm very happy. I had a defribulater/pacemaker implanted on Monday and cant lift anything for a month, they came out and took my grapple off and put my snow blower back on. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Bought my first tractor here. Good implements and good low pressure sales experience.

Edit on my review...no. The sentiment still stands. The November fix did not work and the tractor did not get fixed until after the bad review. TYM got ahold of us and fixed the tractor.

Do not bother. I wish we went someplace else. This place is all lip service, but does not put their money where their mouth is. The owner sold us a tractor. Gave us promise after promise. Let's just say, unless the weather conditions are perfect, the tractor does not run like it should. They will not call us back. They will not answer our calls. Everything is under warranty and they will not fix it. They were supposed to fix things last September when we told them the tractor would be free for a block heater to be added. Did not happen until around November. We told them it had to be finish within a set time frame. Did not happen. This tractor has done nothing but cost time and money. They have the worst customer service. Before anything went wrong, we recommended them to a friend, after his door latch failing and causing a shattered door, they refused to fix, although the tractor was still under warranty. It is a year of nightmare, and I am done with this company and tractor. If you have money to waste go ahead and shop here. If not, run the other way. It will save you a fortune.

The people here are friendly and helpful. They make us feel welcome, answer our questions, and hook us up with the right equipment for our needs.

Great group to work with, they had plenty of time to discuss the different models and listen to what I was looking for. I really appreciate the focus that was put on my purchase by the whole crew. I bought the tractor and it was prepped, fueled up, and delivered the same day. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone I meet.

Bought a Tractor, 3 point Quick Hitch, and a Bison Backblade. The Backblade's position holes were wearing after plowing some snow. About 3 snow falls. I called as soon as I noticed. I sent pictures. They said that they would look into it. I had to call them back 3 weeks later account no call back. 3 days went then I received a call saying the factory was sending a replacement part in the next stock shipment and I would be getting a call soon. Well, that's 2 1/2 months ago. I'm somewhat bothered on customer service after the sale. Good until they got their money...
