The team was timely and very friendly. We had a full tune-up done on our traverse with additional check on our transmission. The service provided was good the 3-stars is because even after the tune-up and transmission check the problem during acceleration (a stutter when accelerating) continued with no feedback from the team as to what may be the cause if its not the transmission.

It was extremely difficult to find a dealer who would sell a truck at this time. I had some requirements that they were able to meet and they went the extra mile for us. I would recommend buying a car from them anytime.

My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicl...

My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for about two months. We had been to at least 5 different dealerships looking at different makes and models. We had encountered dishonest and shady sales people everywhere we went. After leaving a dealship where we had an appointment, and were left waiting for an hour and 45 minutes, we encountered yet another stereotypical "sales person". He was clearly dishonest and trying to hide information from us. On our way out of town, we decided to stop and look at Chase Chevrolet. We were delightfully surprised when a very polite young man introduced himself. Jose was honest and helpful through the entire process. He showed us exactly what we asked for and gave us the information we needed to make a great purchase. The dealership worked hard to get us financed with a payment plan that worked with our lifestyle and situation. Chase Chevrolet is the only dealership we will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Chase Chevrolet.

our rep Berto was really nice and patient with us. The first time we came was 4 days prior and the agent walked away from us and never came back. I didn't think i'd come back to look at more cars but glad we met with Berto and Juaquin. They didn't make us feel pressured and gave us the space we needed to check the car out. We love our truck!

I arrived at the dealership, walked around the lot...

I arrived at the dealership, walked around the lot for 15 min, never was approached by staff. Two were hanging out by the SUVS near me and continued their conversation. The rest of the salesmen were lounging in front of the showroom. There 1/16/19 around 1300.

The customer service really bad they never try to ...

The customer service really bad they never try to fix anything till your warranty it s expired and they going to take your extended warranty to get extra money and if they fix something they using some old parts from the previous part to fix also they put me in to many rentals cars spending my time for nothing they sale cars with previous accidents but car fax doesn t show it and supposedly they did a previous inspection be aware of this poor dealership

This is the place I bought my 1st car in Stockton CA. I love the service they provided me and my family. I was car shopping all day and was tired and ready to go home. I was frustrated due to no one wants to work with me. Because I didn't have the best credit. I saw this place on my way home. So I decided to stop by and try it out. The staffs was very good and nice and also professional. They worked with me. I didn't have the credit. But I have a good paying job. So they ask what car I wanted and they worked there magic. Ans they sure did. I pick the car I wanted and the work on the paperwork. And yes I walked out with the car I picked that day.

Been coming here for years. Recently purchased a brand NEW Tahoe from this dealership . Went in for an Oil change at their quick lube. Oil service was quick. Service representative Mark Overmyer was very rude, unmotivated and unprofessional. Once my vehicles oil was changed they parked my vehicle in the back lot. I still had 2 recalls scheduled on the paperwork to be completed. The same representative stated the truck would be taken to the service department. After 30 minutes I inquired about why the truck was still parked out back and the same service representative stated it was waiting for a tire rotation. I replied to him I never asked for a tire rotation (he didn t respond he just walked away toward the truck). I ended up completing the paperwork at the quick lube station for my oil change and took the truck myself to service for the 2 recalls. This type of service is ridiculous and inexcusable. A customer should not have to follow up on why the vehicle is just sitting around and prompt the representative to do their job (very unprofessional). As more and more business are closing down nowadays I sure hope management here makes an effort to address this type of inexcusable behavior. I hope to see this dealership in service many years to come.

Sales Associate was excellent and I love my new truck. Sales staff gets 5 stars. Finance person gets 1 star. I understand his job is to sell add-ons, but his job is not to lie. He said that he could get us a better monthly payment at a lower interest rate if we add gap insurance. I know that's false and when I said I didn't want the gap they sold, but I wanted the better rate he said he couldn't do that. When I said fine don't need the truck I can go elsewhere. He said let me talk to my manager and came back and gave me the lower rate with out having to buy their gap insurance. Just know that legally no extras can be required for financing and anyone telling you different is not looking out for your best interest. I should have just walked and went elsewhere, but did I mention my salesman was great and didn't disserve to loose a sale cause of a dishonest finance manager.

I was in the market for a brand new 2018 silverado...

I was in the market for a brand new 2018 silverado, so i went in and dealt with Joaquin, he was not much help. Told him what I was looking for and He kept trying to sell me something else, it's like going to get a tattoo shop and knowing what you want done and the guy tries to convince you to get something else . They didn't have the truck I was looking for so I told them to call me when they found one ...weeks went by and never heard back. So I went in again for a SECOND time and this time dealt with ron, and another person who wasn't any help. Left me hanging out to dry. So I made a drive to Maita Chevrolet in elk grove on a Saturday and ended up driving home in a brand new 2018 Silverado of my dreams!! I suggest people to drive there and give them a shot, very friendly ,WAYY MORE SELECTION AND THEY'RE PRICES ARE A BIT LOWER then my home town dealership! I drive trucks for A living and I've ran into people also stating that this place lacks A lot of customer service and they themselves end up driving to other Chevrolet dealerships out of the city to make a purchase. It's sad that I can't even drive to my in town dealership to buy a vehicle . So to Ron and Joaquin , thanks for not taking care of me and thanks for not taking my money!! Now Maita Chevrolet has a customer for life!!!

Horrible. Brought my car in to have Three Separate...

Horrible. Brought my car in to have Three Separate GM RECALLS remedied. The next day I was told I could pick up the car. I returned a second time a few days later because car was still having the issues they were supposed to "REPAIR FREE OF CHARGE". The same customer service mechanic said nonchalantly, "well, we didn't do that one because we didn't have the part."
NICCCE.. SEEING HOW ITS ILLEGAL TO ALLOW A RECALLED VEHICLE TO LEAVE YOUR SERVICE LOT WITHOUT THE REPAIRS BEING MADE IN THE FIRST PLACE! ESPECIALLY THERE HAVING BEEN 19 RELATED DEATHS FOR THE SAME RECALL/FLAW!!
Also, why wasn't I informed of the fact that only 2/3 issues had been remedied when I'd come in & picked up the vehicle? My 5 year old son & I could've been an additional two on GM's list of fatalities!

Very dissatisfied with the Alignment they tried to...

Very dissatisfied with the Alignment they tried to perform on my 2004 GMC Yukon with all new suspension parts and new tires still pulled and the steering wheel was not centered I had them perform there alignment 3 times with the same out come now they offered a refund for 2 charges for alignment but what about my tires????

What does he do shows me Ford's and minivans then he shows me a buick which was ok i start asking about it and he knows nothing about the car!!!! The staff was great since the first time we starte...

The staff was great since the first time we started talking to them 2 months ago. Gary was the reason why we went back to Chevy after two months of waiting for our vehicle (trade-in vehicle) to be fixed. We were in and out of the dealership within a few hours with our brand new 2019 Traverse Premier. I would definitely recommend Chase Chevrolet to everyone.

Called my guy came in and he took great care of me. Oil change, tire rotation and paint touch up. I was out by lunch time. Love the way I'm always taken care of and treated like I'm important.

I came in for an oil change and they let me know about a recall on the engine block heating system so they fixed that too they also help me set my new phone up in the truck so I don't need to use my phone and take my eyes off the road thank you very much

Omg, I have been buying my cars and going to Chase...

Omg, I have been buying my cars and going to Chase for service on my cars for years. You cannot beat the professional and friendly service anywhere. Nick Ely is our service rep and treats us like family. We drive to stockton from Elk Grove and once tried going to someone that was closer to us for service and their service was way below the chase service and will never go anywhere else but Chase.

Love this place! Bought 3 vehicles here and buying our 4th vehicle soon here. We go to Roy Morales. The service department is awesome. They will work with you to solve the issues with your vehicle. I haven't used the Quick lube next door to it.

he said truck arrived in 5 days it doesn't until to 2 weeks so I spended $700 to rent truck,
