I bought a beautiful couch for my new condo and I was extremely lucky that Sheryl Smith was my sales person. When the couch arrived, it didn't fit through the door. Back at the store, Sheryl did some research and found out that the couch could come apart and she worked frantically to coordinate the re-delivery of the sofa to my place. The delivery guys (I wish I knew the spelling of their names; the driver's name sounded like "Li") were amazing! They worked so incredibly hard and made it possible for me to get the couch the day it was scheduled, even though at first the delivery was unsuccessful and they had a very busy day. I am so in awe of the service this store and its staff gave me.
