My husband and I went there to buy a mattress and ended up purchasing one which was just over $1,000. Almost immediately, it began to sag and develop indents. I called and apparently some amount of sag is normal, so we did as they said and turned the mattress. Another couple months later, it sagged even more. It was to a point where my husband and I were both extremely uncomfortable and waking up every morning sore. We called back to see what our options were, they told us that we were over the return policy dates and that we didn t have any options.

Here we are a year later, deciding to buy another mattress from Casper or Tuft and Needle because our mattress from Jordan s is unbearable. I rated a one star because the experience of shopping in the store was intoxicating; bright lights, fun, food, etc. but ultimately the sales process was old, outdated just like their return policy.
