I am pleased to write this five-star review on my experience working with Brandon Fox from
the Reading store.

I went to Jordan s yesterday to look for new living room furniture. I say look because I had been to a few stores before and was just feeling overwhelmed by the options so I figured my experience at Jordan s would be the same. I definitely wanted to buy, but I figured this was probably going to be another day where I left a store liking some things but just not sure to buy all the pieces I wanted.

Well, Brandon and his excellent customer service and also sense of design changed all that. Quite largely thanks to Brandon s help, I ended up purchasing a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and a media chest...everything I wanted. Brandon helped me pick out the right pieces, the right fabrics, and overall helped me put my room together. He offered me advice throughout and gave me his opinion the many times I asked for it.

Important to note is that after making my purchases, I came back to the store an hour later because I changed my mind on the cocktail and end tables I selected. I felt bad coming back, but Brandon assured me that his only goal was for me, his customer, to be happy with my purchases. If I was having second guesses on anything, we needed to make changes. With his help, I selected new tables, and he edited my order. In addition, when I got home, I realized the ottoman I ordered to go with a chair would fit properly in my room. I texted Brandon, and he said he would cancel the ottoman from my order. No problem. Again, he just wanted me to be happy. I don t know that I ve ever encountered a sales associate who told me their primary goal was for me, the customer, to be happy.

I want to buy an area rug, console table, possibly a bench, and a small chest for other areas in my home. I will definitely be looking at Jordan s and for Brandon s help with this.

I ve bought furniture before from many stores before. This is the first time I felt I needed to write about my experience working with an amazing sales associate.

I liked Brandon the minute he said to me... I will help you find the pieces you want. That is what I wanted ... help in finding pieces. It took a few hours, and we were all over the store, but I found the pieces I wanted.

Brandon is professional, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant to work with, and 100% focused on customer service and customer happiness with their purchases.

I hope Jordan s management will take a moment to recognize Brandon s professional excellence.
