I will not be using Joomshaper's products anymore. The support staff is very rude, aggressive, didn't solve my problem repeatedly, and refused to give me a refund of a product that I only used for 1 day and didn't like it. They doubted my problems, asked for further explanations, and overall questioned the integrity of the customer to a debasing extent. I'm also going to make sure my friends know about this and stop using Joomshaper products.

I find this hard to review as I like the templates and Page Builder however I now cannot update my website because of a bug in Page Builder and they say I must pay money to fix this. It is now very hard for me to change and I am now looking at other providers to build my website as their support is terrible as stated by other reviews. If you pay for templates and Page Builder then you may get better support however I doubt this very much as they seem disinterested in helping. Currently they have resolved 2598 issues out of 9322 which leaves 6724 unresolved issues. This means only 28% of their issues have been resolved, which supports the case of bad customer service.

This is the worst Joomla menu system and Joomla sub-system ever created! Stay away from these pieces of junk! I have wasted one entire month with two Joomla templates that use this companies garbage and I have to dump yet another template and start over! This menu system CANNOT handle 2-3 column sub-menus without having to create stupid non-functional text separators like A-l Under Home etc. Absolutely a piece of garbage! BEWARE these peoples work!

Got pretty good support from a guy called Toufiq. Keep it up. Do however add more detailed documentation to help in self trouble shooting.

You have to buy apart the modules with which you have made the template, I mean, a scam. On top of each update, everything is dismantled. It's one of the biggest crap I bought in templates.
