I will not be using Joomshaper's products anymore....

I will not be using Joomshaper's products anymore. The support staff is very rude, aggressive, didn't solve my problem repeatedly, and refused to give me a refund of a product that I only used for 1 day and didn't like it. They doubted my problems, asked for further explanations, and overall questioned the integrity of the customer to a debasing extent. I'm also going to make sure my friends know about this and stop using Joomshaper products.
