I find this hard to review as I like the templates...

I find this hard to review as I like the templates and Page Builder however I now cannot update my website because of a bug in Page Builder and they say I must pay money to fix this. It is now very hard for me to change and I am now looking at other providers to build my website as their support is terrible as stated by other reviews.

If you pay for templates and Page Builder then you may get better support however I doubt this very much as they seem disinterested in helping. Currently they have resolved 2598 issues out of 9322 which leaves 6724 unresolved issues. This means only 28% of their issues have been resolved, which supports the case of bad customer service.
