Highly disappointed in the customer service experience here today. I took off early from work and we drove from out of town - experienced traffic and were 4 MINUTES past their cut-off to have to reschedule. I asked the receptionist if she was serious and she said "AS A HEART ATTACK". I'll be rescheduling all of my family's optical needs elsewhere from now on. We were there for glasses and an annual supply of contact lenses. I suppose someplace else will be glad for the business and, perhaps, a bit more flexible when "life" happens.
