Called a load posted for $1100 and it was covered . I see the same load posted on the load board for $800 now. Lol joke!

Jones Motor is a true owner operator company, they have office personnel that will help you out any way they can. They don't have dispatchers, they have agents, lots of drivers think they are the same thing, they are totally different jobs. Yes, sometimes agents may not have the freight you want, its not their job to dispatch the driver, its the driver's job to shop for their own loads whether its on Jones loadboard or an outside loadboard. I have had 3 trucks on with Jones and I have made more here than anywhere else I been. Bottom line, its what you make of it. If a owner operator knows how to use loadboards including outside loadboards and creates a working relationship with reliable brokers & shippers, they will do well, its not all about just driving, its about Logistics too. I dont have one bad thing to say about Jones. My wife brenda ( JT466)is an agent with Jones as well, she will get up in the middle of the nite to help out a driver. Jones has bent backwards to help us in any way they can and i thank them alot, and i do my best to return the favor when they call me to do recovery work. Yes, some may not get why i operate that way, well its because im old school. If somebody helps you out, when that somebody needs your help, you find a way to get the job done, its that simple. Both my wife & I are former military, our business is ran with military standards. Thanks again Jones for all you do.. I salute you..

Like any other company they have more good then bad, what I like most about this company I can either use an agent or I can dispatch my own truck. I had a break down the process was slow but it was right on time I have no complaints about Jones Motor or Jones Express

I worked with this company for a couple of years and was treated good by Rodney Alvarez,but don't waste your time with David Greene he will lie to you he is rude ,disrespectful, I would fire him if he worked for.
