Crysenthia was a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. From our first conversation until the day of closing she was very involved and did an amazing job listing and ultimately selling my rental home. Everything she suggested added value to my home and once listed we had 14 offers the first day! Her knowledge and professionalism stands out and she is not one of those realtors that is just in it for the money. Of course the goal is to help clients buy and sell homes, but she provides a genuine approach when going through the process from start to closing! I would highly recommend her as your Realtor.

Our experience with Chapman Hall was AWESOME!! Leonard Stewart is a consummate professional! He represented us as our broker for the sale of a townhouse! He anticipated my concerns and quickly alleviated them by sharing his knowledge of real estate law and practices. The property was placed on the market and when offers came in, he was quick to communicate with us to ensure no delays in the process. He was attentive to us and the buyer's agent/attorney and we closed in about a month!! Whether you are buying/selling for the first time or you're a pro at this, Leonard is your guy! Worked with James Harris from Chapman Hall. We had an agreement based on his terms and he would not respond to calls nor texts. Very unprofessional. I would stay away as far as possible.

Dealt with a realtor in 1/2018 to help look and purchase a house. I used this agent from Chapman Hall Realtors. I bought a house and agent from Chapman Hall Realtor did not look out for my best interest. He didn't negotiate for me to get a home warranty. The shower curtains and deck furniture was there when I agreed to purchase property but, after closing items were not there. The things an agent should help educate and look out for their client was not done.

I would not use this company.
