We had a large and heavy delivery of pictures frames that came in perfect condition. Our drivers were Charles H & Darryl L! They were professional, kind and even brought the delivery up to the 13th floor for us. The delivery was smooth and quick. These men deserve a raise or a bonus for going through the loops that were there. Downtown Detroit in the business district is pretty tricky to navigate through.. needless to say we were very satisfied! Thank you gentlemen!

I have been so impressed with J.W. Logistics customer service. I received text updates on my delivery and the correspondence was cordial and the responses were immediate! Customer service hardly exists anymore, but it exists with J.W. Logistics. I own my own business and customer service is #1 for me. I also called the corporate office in Frisco, Texas and got Chris. My call was answered very quickly and the customer service I received on the phone was great too! Well Done!

Home Depot Cabinet order arrived today. Roosevelt Bush did a SUPER job. Delivered the item quickly and just where I wanted it. What a great experience. Thank you so much Roosevelt. You are the best!!

Sergio delivered my new vanity yesterday and he made sure the process went smooth. He called me before he arrived and followed my instructions with where to leave the package since I was not home to receive it. It was in great condition-I can tell he handled it with care. Thanks so much Sergio!

If I could give zero stars I would, but you can only go as low as 1 star. We were in the middle of a bathroom gut and remodel and weren't ready to install this yet when it arrived. Don & Ky'vone showed up on time and seemed friendly and when I saw two of them I was happy everything would make it in ok. But we had a vanity and a limestone counter top in two separate boxes and you would think they would each just take an end to carry it up, but no. My heart dropped as I saw the one guy stand there while the other one proceeded to flip the box end over end, up the stairs, with our beautiful brand new limestone countertop inside. I had to walk away because I was so dumb founded about what I was seeing. Why on earth would you ever flip a box marked fragile end over end to get it up the stairs when you have two people that could carry it!? It weighed less than 100 lbs, and there's two of you. Needless to say when we opened the box the entire thing is cracked completely in half, right through the sink and counter top. They ruined a very expensive piece of furniture by being lazy! I hope Wayfair has a policy to help replace what you broke. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional!

Adrian was very accommodating during delivery when I asked if we could take a look at the item just to make sure nothing was broken. And that was no easy feat but he was incredibly helpful.

Our delivery drivers were professional, efficient, and enjoyable to work with. Obviously, this is their normal work ethic since they have delivered to our house before with the same effort. At least one of the deliveries required above and beyond exertion (HEAVY). They showed exceptional assessment for the best path to the final destination, and they performed with the same attitude/effectiveness as the previous, easier deliveries. Excellent delivery crew!

Shipment from home depot says these guys been sitting on my AC in Nacona since Sept 9, it's Sept 27. 18 days and they haven't moved it 10 miles.

Update: 20 days, and their "customer service" is just voicemail. This operation is just absurd.

Update: still no contact, tracker changed to delivery 10/5. On the plus side I won't have to deal with the heat much longer because it'll be over, but these so-and-sos still show no sign of actually delivering my package. Absurd.

Great experience with this company. Adrian called me to let me know they would be at my house in 20 minutes and they were right on time. They put my delivery in my garage for me. Very friendly and helpful.

Delivery Driver Roosevelt Bush was here promptly and dropped off my patio set without any issues at all! He was very kind and polite the whole time he was here. Would definitely use again!
