Tried to get me to pay $400 for a brake job so I took to a private mechanic who said I still had 20,000 Miles left on my brakes , and I did ended up driving another 19k before getting them replaced, if I would have listened to the scam artist at Jones I would of got a brake job 1 year to soon

Great place to buy your first car but the loan they put you in is your typical black mans loan, high interest rate with the same excuse you have no credit but you have a 50000 dollar credit limit.
Bought a car from here recently and wanted to say that it was a good experience. The car is everything I was looking for and is running great. Paul Newman, the guy that helped me, was great too. He helped take the edge off and I never felt as if I was being overly pressured. I'd recommend this place if you're looking to buy.
They send fake emails as marketing letters. If they re that bold about deception in marketing, I can imagine what they do in the sales department.

This place is a joke. I would never do business with them. Lazy workers and people who have no idea what they are doing. Brought a car in to sell and it was very clear the guy was untrained and had no knowledge of the process. He couldn t find anything he was looking for and didn t ask any questions about features of the car, car history, etc. He also just jumped in the car and drove away in it without any kind of communication.
Then without running any kind of numbers or logical approach he shrugged and offered $5,000 less than CarMax offered. Don t even waste your time here.
CarMax was also cleaner, friendlier, and a million times more professional.

I recently went to the Superstore on Harford looking for a new-to-me aka used vehicle with good towing capacity. My salesperson, Meredith Davis, was super patient and helpful. Great selection of vehicles and efficient way to get things done.
This may have to be one of the worst, or one of the worst, and most unreliable deership in Harford County. They lie about their sticker price on cars. They will throw in a bs "Conditioning" charge, usually around $1300-$3000. I did research and found out that this is an ILLEGAL PRACTICE. But it appears Jones has no problems with screwing people over.
I use to work at a rental car company who dealt with allot of Jones customers. About 80% of the customers we dealt with from Jones had problems. They lie about what their "Jones for a lifetime"

Clean. Otherwise, watch your back when buying on the Internet. The car I found on the Internet, in their stock, was not the car ready for me to sign and buy. The switcheroo was frustrating and if we weren't in such a need, I would have walked away.

Jones Junction is amazing! I highly recommend them to everyone! I got a vehicle from them last year and the transmission ended up going up. I was worried about what I would do, still owing so much money on a vehicle that I couldn't even drive and there's no way I could afford the couple thousand dollars it would take to get it replaced. I know alot of places would have just made it my problem but I spoke to Doug Jones and he was wonderful! He said they wouldn't just sell a car and basically wash their hands of the costumers. He had the transmission replaced free of charge. He helped my family out so much! Jones Junction is definitely the safe, reliable way to go if you want to buy a vehicle from a dealership you can trust.

My original post was extremely negative. I was left extremely unsatisfied with the service department at Jones Hyundai. After leaving a message with my salesman, Rodney, and my previous negative post, Larry Kropff, the General Manager, called me personally, negotiated a more than reasonable offer to resolve the issue with my car.
Bottom line...although my first post was only a 1 star rating based on my disappointment with only a few individuals, its now a 5 star rating knowing that management cares about every single customer, taking the time to call me personally and negotiate.

I have been looking for a Toyota Tacoma and I sent a message online to Jones. Meredith promptly called me to make an appointment to have my trade in appraised and take a look at their used trucks. I came in to Jones Junction to trade in my vehicle and purchase a 2018 vehicle. I worked with Paul Newman and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car that worked with my price range. I told him i was only available during early mornings and even though the sales dept. doesn't open until after 9am he came in at 7am and had everything ready, with cars out front waiting for me to see and test drive. when i finally chose a 2018 Jeep Cherokee the process was quick and easy! By the time i got finished the paperwork he already got my vehicle detailed and brought back down to me! He was a life saver that day, i would definitely recommend him!

The best Toyota dealership around! I can't say enough about these guys. No pressure, a relaxed car buying experience. I won't go anyplace else! My car is spotless when I pick it up from sevice. The body shop was fast and efficient when I hit a deer earlier this year.
I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima and had the hood of the car fly up on me while driving. It was a recall that did not get done but, they sold me the car, somehow it got missed and it happened hours after purchasing it.
They repaired it free of charge and cut me a check for $1000 after my father negotiated with them. He tried several times to speak directly to one of the owners about the situation but, he could only get a secretary.
The sales girl was very nice and I felt comfortable around her and she did find me just the car I needed and I felt like she treated me like a family member. I really like the convenience of the shuttle being able to take me home and even pick me back up. The shuttle drivers are very friendly. I felt like the staff of the Nissan department treated me in a very professional manner and they are helpful and friendly.
It s also very nice to get a free loner car when it takes a while to get work done.
I feel like the free oil changes are to drum up business and it seems like every time I go just to get a free oil change I need something else done but, the car is over 100,000 miles. They do give me discounts and when I bought my tires they said If I get a nail or it gets a hole they would repair for free and free rotation for the life of the tire.
They definitely have the convenience and they have good staff, everyone was professional.
I wish for the love of cranberries they would stop pretending that they need to buy my car back!
I keep getting calls and letters saying that they are low in stock of my car model and they say that they already have a potential buyer in mind with sticky notes attached to the letters that look handwritten. It s actually funny that they think I might actually believe this. I know it s just to get me to come in and buy a new one. They want to give me $7000 for a $16,000 car. I put $3000 down on it three years ago and I still have two years and then it will be paid off. I have talked to several other people that say jones does the same thing, hounding them to buy back the car they sold them. They need to stop it s really annoying, when you buy a car from them you can expect them to call and send letters. Please do not try to contact me I don t want to fill out any survey or email anyone.

My boyfriend and I had bought a 2007 chevy Silverado from here. The dealer said this would be the PERFECT vechicle for us- towing, moving things etc.
As soon as we left the lot after purchase the speakers went out along with the power windows and power mirrors. We brought it back days after and they had it for a week. After that the truck constantly leaked oil which we brought it to them to show them constantly and they said there was nothing wrong. We had many other things fixed and had jones for a lifetime and everything else they offered and nothing that was wrong with the truck was under what they had offered. This is a terrible place to get a vechicle from and I would never recommend it.
Very bad service, went in yesterday afternoon and looked at a 2016 Jeep. Called back about an hour later and told them I wanted to purchase. Agreed to be in 10 am next morning. Got to site and sales person said they sold jeep that evening after I called. If they would of told me they could not hold for me I would of gone back and picked it up.

She was very helpful, she was very eager to work with me , and to get me in a car that best fit my wants/needs. Very bad experience went for a chevy impala and they brought out a nissan...and left us waiting for 1 and a half only for the car I came for not to start....I do not recommend Jone Junction superstore at all....they do not work together and they left the guy who was working with me hanging....no team work was involved and I left without anything....

Jones Junction as a company has the best deals and sales out of all the dealerships that I've been to. Jones Toyota has THE BEST service department out of them all (Jones Kia, Jones Toyota, etc). Jones Toyota always does a great job for our vehicles and they keep the cost surprisingly low. Always a good time here. Service advisor Darick is always honest and goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything that you need with no pressure. We will continue to come to this location for all of our services.

Found a car online and spoke to an Internet manager ahead of time. Went on a weekend to make a fair offer and the salesman flat out rejected me. Told him I wasn't coming back a second time.
Long story short, I got a call from a very high up manager a few days later apologizing and making the same offer I proposed. I moved on.
Gave three stars because they did reach out to me after the fact to try and rectify the problem. This was about a year ago, so things may have gotten better.

Have bought all cars and received servicing from Jones for 10 years. Only my current/ recent visit is problematic. The service contacts have always been prompt in letting me know the status of repairs and pickup. Until this appointment. Unfortunately, my service advisor is a millennial. Customer service and satisfaction not high up on the priority list. He claims to have called me multiple times throughout the day, yet there are no vm's. There were missed hangups. Last I checked I'm not a psychic. I had to rent a car for an additional day bc I did not know when I could pick up my Jeep. I have NEVER had such a problem before. Not in 10 years have I had to repeatedly call and inquire about my vehicle repair status... And received an attitude to boot. Not sure I will use Jones going forward. Maybe if I had a different service tech other than "Travis".

Jerry Huntley is a tool. He swindled my significant other on a used car and refused her return. Very unprofessional and did not want to help her out. The price that was on the vehicle was less than what she actually paid for and he did not want to help. He is a scoundrel and needs to pay for what he done. He is a lesser man and he will meet his maker in hell.
I always make my oil change appointments for the morning, today was scheduled at 11:30am with Jones Nissan. I made sure to ask what time they close today because sure enough, like EVERY OTHER time, I never hear from them that my car is ready to be picked up. After waiting, I called at 5pm to see if it's ready to be picked up and after holding for 15min they said another half an hour. This was after they ran back to the garage and realized they hadn't done it yet. Every single time. I'll be complaining Monday morning to the manager Dennis Shepherd because it's bullshit waiting around to hear back. All day not having my car. Last time I checked an oil change doesn't take 6hours! And the one time I did sit and wait at Jones I was nearly there for 2hours (again when I had an appointment). What's the point of scheduling that?

I was insulted multiple times to my face about my gender and being a younger customer. The service consultant (Joe Locke) argued with me over using a coupon for a free Check Engine Light diagnosis, and then charged me $630 for that exact service, even though I showed him the coupon that I got directly from the website many times and I know for a fact that he saw it.
I needed a rental since my service would take all day, and when they charged me the $100 for the deposit, the girl I was with at that point told me it was for my full service, so I used a difference credit card than I intended to because I was misinformed and was told I was paying for a service that was several hundred dollars, not a hundred dollar deposit.
When I was able to review my receipt, I noticed that part of it said that they reviewed my car for any recalls, which they did not even mention to me, because my car currently does have a recall on it, and I will be getting taken care of at a different Toyota dealership who does not openly insult customers and try to take advantage of them.
I am young, so I know that I don t know much about cars. With that being said, I do see why this dealership doesn t get the greatest of reviews. The people that work at this establishment do not care whatsoever about their customers and just want to make money. I would rather drive my car to a dealership I know and trust won t swindle me, which is located an hour and a half away, in a different state, than deal with those (for lack of a better, appropriate word) jerks ever again.
Dealerships with employees like this are the reason people hate dealing with dealerships.

This place is HORRIBLE with the most incompetent employees EVER! I refuse to take my car here. I'll keep it short and sweet but here are some tid bits of what a complete joke this place is-
*I brought it in once for an oil change, top off fluids, tire rotation, and paint touch up on some door dings, etc. and MY CAR WAS THERE FOR 4 DAYSSSSS and they finally called to tell me to come get it and they didn t do any of the work. The scratches were still there and taped up from where I had to point them out and the oil change wasn t done. So I had to leave it there again for a few days and then come back to get it.
*Then the same thing happened, it was dropped off and I intentionally took it there with no washer fluid and when I picked my car back up, I went to spray it and nothing came out. So how the hell do I know you even did the oil change, etc. if you couldn t even top off fluids like you are supposed to do and said you did.
*Now they are telling me I am paying daily for a rental when I don t have their car and only had it for the one free day. And on top of that they tell me to PICK UP A CAR THAT ISN T SAFE TO DRIVE when they KNOW they are waiting for a claim to be processed to see what is covered and I have told 3 different people and NO ONE communicates it or notes my account.
I can't even being to fathom how much money these people have taken from unsuspecting customers. Or people that are driving around thinking their car was fixed or that their oil was changed, when it wasn't even touched. Do yourself and favor- RUN far away from this place!!
If you need your Nissan serviced anywhere from regular maintenance or heavy repairs see zach in service. He will handle your car like it's his own.

Jones junction helped me get a car with a very low credit score. I went to them after visiting Autonation didn't have a good experience with them. My car salesman Elizabeth was awesome! She was able to get me into a 2016 Nissan Versa $11,970 with 11,000 miles! I would recommend anyone to go to them. Everyone there was very helpful and treated me and my dad very kind. In order to resolve a problem "manager says Jerry is just a salesperson and not the owner". Jerry was our salesperson and we were dealing with him and knew the transactions yet if something needs to be resolved, you cant count on the manager/s. I will not recommend this car dealership to anyone.
